My home review was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. I was given a prompt record of the review and any actions required have already been referred onwards. Georgia and Jason were very professional, however, they were also friendly and approachable and made us feel at ease.

Getting a home and moving in is a thing , the way my application was organised in professionalism way i really like it .the Umega staff Catherine ensured I got all the information, responded quickly when I needed and organised my viewing, staff Lewis also was there to support with a home tour and moving in enquires. My experience has been beyond wonderful with UMega and they have gone above and beyond to make things so easy. I am very happy to say I have not had a problem with them at all and they are polite, efficient and trustworthy. Lewis Walker in particular has been very helpful when it has come to organising maintenance and has been very polite, supportive and accommodating. If you ask me, UMega is the best!
