Jason attended the annual inspection, very freindly and helpful with how to turn off the water if neeed and about the bolier. How to get in contact when it is out of hours. Also explained what the inspection was about. Just over all an excellent experience.

I had an update on how to report faults and most importantly what I should do as a stop gap measure, if something happens, especially with a water leakage, before reaching out for help Jason had time to explain fully and to my satisfaction.He also showed up in time as per our appointment, like he did last year and I was impressed. Jason has always been helpful, understanding and quick to respond whenever there are issues in the property. He is always keen to help, arrange repairs and make sure things are dealt with promptly.
My son Josh and I really appreciate all the support and understanding he has shown us. It has been a very good experience staying in a Umega property managed by Jason.

Great service
Jason is really friendly, easy to talk to and provided some general advice with regards to where to go to report faults and checked to ensure i know how to turn off my water supply in the instance of a water leak and also how to check for a drop in boiler pressure preparing for winter - during the previous visit, i reported an issue with an appliance and it got sorted really quickly, can't rate him higher than i do now, service is outstanding :)

Today , we had Jason visiting our property as an annual property inspection.

Would absolutely NOT recommend Umega
Would absolutely NOT recommend Umega. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. I have ongoing repairs that still haven’t been properly dealt with and I’ve made multiple noise complaints with nothing actually being done.
Constantly having to chase them just to get basic issues sorted. Absolute joke of a company.
Stay clear and go elsewhere if you can. 👎

Regarding the outstanding repair, we welcome a response from you so we can get this moving as quickly as possible, once we hear back, we can progress the repair as a matter of urgency. If there is anything further that has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please do let us know directly so we can look into it.
Regarding the noise complaints, we take these matters seriously and are actively investigating, as previously advised. We understand how frustrating ongoing noise issues can be and we will update you directly following our visit to the development.

Our property manager is Phil, since moving in we have met him a few times which is great, always bubbly, positive, knowledgeable, approachable and also generally down to earth.
Knows the processes to get stuff done and never forgets about it either, generally a great property manager to have!
