Simon was very helpful with no pressure to buy the car.

Once they have sold you a car, their attitude towards you seems to change completely. If you visit their showroom for matters unrelated to your original purchase, they often fail to acknowledge you or even make you feel recognised as a customer.

Communication is another major issue. They are often poor at responding to customers, whether by telephone or email. Rather than taking responsibility for their shortcomings and acknowledging the inconvenience caused, they appear to shift the blame onto customers, claiming that they are difficult to get hold of. When you do manage to make contact, you can find yourself being passed from one member of staff to another without any warning or explanation. This is unprofessional, frustrating, and simply not an acceptable way to treat customers.

There are also concerning instances in which newly purchased cars develop numerous scratches after being washed. This raises serious questions about the care taken during the washing process and whether appropriate cleaning procedures are being followed. The damage is not limited to the exterior paintwork; even the interior plastic trim can show noticeable scratches and damage.

Overall, the level of customer service, communication, and care shown towards customers falls well below what I would expect from a car dealership. Selling a car should not mark the end of a dealership's responsibility to its customers. Professionalism, accountability, and proper after-sales care should be standard, not something customers have to chase.

I brought the car in for its first annual service. It started off well by finding that the customer parking spaces were available and the on-site roadways were clear making it easy to manoeuvre on site. I mention this because I've been at other places previously where it was so overcrowded with cars on site that it was impossible to park up safely. There was no waiting at reception and I was served by a friendly and helpful member of staff who listened to my special instructions. On collection, the same member of staff went through what they had done to the car on the service. It was good to see that they had followed my special instructions that I requested when I left the car. The car was parked up in an easy place to get in and drive off. I particularly liked the link they sent to me for me so that I could download a video of the underside of the car showing the tyres and suspension that they had made. I also had a nice chat to the salesman who sold me the car last year. This is not the nearest Mazda dealer to where I live, but it is the best.

I have no problem with the actual service, However as part of the service im supposed to have the car washed and cleaned,after taking it back to be cleaned for the second time, I still ended up having to pay to get it cleaned elsewhere.
