Buying my Mercedes GLC from Precious Metal was an absolute pleasure! Chris and Mat were fantastic — not only professional and knowledgeable but also great fun to deal with. The friendly banter made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable, which is rare when buying a car (my previous experiences with other used car dealers had been quite poor)
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and gave me a good trade-in value on my old car. I drove away feeling genuinely looked after. I’ve rung for advice since my purchase and been met with the same open arms as if I’m phoning a friend 😁 Precious Metal is the benchmark for brilliant service with personality!

Mat and Chris kindly waited for me on a Saturday, as I had around a 40-mile journey to view a car I had seen on their website. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a very warm and friendly welcome. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt any pressure to rush into making a decision.
Their approach is truly professional, honest, and customer-focused. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated the ongoing communication after the purchase, whenever I had additional questions about the car.
It’s clear that they do their job with genuine passion and care. I wish everyone could have such a positive experience when buying a car.

Car Dealers don't always have a good reputation but my experience with Precious Metals has been excellent. The cars are extremely well represented and Chris was friendly and helpful. I purchased a car and have been pleased with my very pleased with my purchase.

The whole experience from start to finish was A class. I dealt with Mat, who answered every query I had. He was so friendly, yet professional. A Very Happy Punter

I had a fantastic experience with Precious Metal. I was quite unsure about buying a car I hadn’t viewed in person, but Mat was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable — without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated.
I live in Scotland and they’re based in Wakefield, but they arranged delivery for a very reasonable price which made the whole process so much easier.
The car itself was absolutely immaculate when it arrived — even better than I expected. It was delivered by Iso, who was also really friendly and took the time to show me around the car and explain how everything worked.
Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precious Metal to anyone considering buying a car from them.

Really inforced going independant
Chris and and Mat really inforced going with an independant family ran dealership, they were a very friendly and helpful duo.
They gave me a good deal on my part exchange and did a good speedy turn around too.
Drove an hour to get to them but I would definitely recommend these to others.
