Simon was very helpful with helping me part exchange my car and then helping me choose the right car for me and my family. Allowed us to take as much time to test drive there was no pressure on buying that specific car allowed us to take our time and make the right choice 10/10

Easy to deal with and helpful
The sales mgr. Knew his stuff, was helpful and he was not too pushy. Listened to what I wanted and supplied it. Would have given 5 stars but for mistake over MOT not being in place as stated, which they rectified when it came to light.

Seemless experience so far ...
Needed to replace current car as it had come essentially to the end of it's life (well, with us). Saw one on the website, nice to drop an online deposit to reserve.
Went in and handed the keys straight away to test drive it. Simple sit down and chat about it afterwards, no pressure and a day to think it over.
Bought it, very nicely presented and all promised pre-delivery work completed. A very relaxing experience.
So far so good. Hope not to use the included warranty and breakdown service, and will see how the garage part works later on but very happy. And local for me too.
If they offer the cars you want do give them a try ... you are not obliged to buy but I suspect if they have what you want, you will.
Highly recommended.

Staff are always polite
Staff are always polite, helpful and accommodating especially when problems occur - I needed to change my MOT and service booking in early December because my husband had an urgent hospital appointment. It was changed for the following day.
I also need to book early in the morning so I can wait for the car because it is too complicated to go home.
