Speedi came from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and I was updated re delivery date etc.

Due to no stock after I purchased item then took 2 weeks to deliver otherwise would of been 5 stars

The guys at Two Wheel Empire were extremely friendly and helpful via WhatsApp’s helping me find the suitable tuning kit for my bike. The ordering process was quick and I had received my kit 3 days after my order.
The tuning kit itself has transformed my bike into what I believe it should be straight out the box. I’ve own my e bike about 18 months before I de-restricted it and I regret not doing it sooner. The first run out on it I reached 36mph on a flat 😝 and I was smiling ear to ear. Brilliant company, amazing tuning kit & and one very happy customer.

Son muy lentos, realicé un pedido y tardaron más de tres o cuatro días en enviarlo y luego 10 días después ni siquiera había salido de Polonia. Hoy en día un paquete puede llegar de una punta al otro del mundo en tres o cuatro días y esto lleva ya más de 12 días y no se ha movido… muy mal.

Delivery quite tardy! Suppose smalle package by mail goes must faster iso courierservices.

Wow, you’ve no idea the level of customer service this company provide, it’s like your best mate FaceTiming you and helping you out with every single problem you’ve got ha even if it’s not the product they’ve sold, I’m amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge, and the products they sell they stand by, I was offered everything to sort the problem which turned out to be nothing, I challenge you to find a company that FaceTimes you and emails and messages constantly until the problem is sorted, although the volspeed doesn’t go over 28mph it’s still the best one, but I like it FASTER, and I know if I need more help there at the other end of the phone, longest I waited for a response was 2 hours followed by a 1 hour FaceTime consultation, seriously amazing company, thank you again and again 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Excellent product that completely lives up to expectations. Delivery (from manufacturer) was a bit delayed but I was informed straight away and had the time to get some advance tech support questions in. All the emails have been prompt and friendly. Very happy!

Slow delivery (good communication from supplier though)
Not really working as expected. Bike still cuts in and out below 15.6(ish) and this was supposed to reduce drag in system but still happening up towards 17-19mph.
