A year after purchase I had lost parts for my Speedbox chip, emailed Speedbox direct and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
Emailed Two Wheels and a lovely person named Sima walked me through exactly what I needed and even ordered it direct for me.
I Would definitely buy again from here.

I rang the same day I ordered to make sure was all correct, the phone number is for a women that doesn’t even work in the office, she’s said her name was Sam. The email I sent was to a justas, says it comes from uk warehouse, it doesn’t, from Lithuania, states 1-3 days shipping. Just under 2 weeks. Asked why, he then tells me latest Friday it’s Saturday I’ve rang Royal Mail and they are saying mid next week. Keep clear and use another company. Will be easier and wish I used ev freaks now probably would have had it now. All I wanted was honesty and everyone seems to come up with excuses. Take the criticism and use it

Evo easy+ for bosch
Bought the Speedfun Furious Evo Easy+ for my new Haibike Trekker 3, was slightly hesitant about which to buy and wether it would work along side my gps tracker. Emailed them and talked to Sima in person and got the information i needed from manufacturer regarding latest software. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but got one from european stockist which took 7 days and refunded my express delivery promptley. On arrival i was being a bit thick installing it and called Sima who again was happy to help me and soon had tuning chip in and running. Now my bike is running the way i want. Thank you guys i will be sure to recommend you to people i know.

Released too early
Unfortunately the chip is too sensitive to fast acceleration which confused it therefore restricting it to 16mph and affecting the output power of the motor.
Great customer support to help resolve this issue but looks like the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board.

Apres une perte de temp sur l'arrivée de mon colis c'est pas le bon model que j'ai commandé je les contact je le renvoi a frais et la colis perdu je me bas depuis 2 mois avec le transporteur pour me faire rembourser. Jai perdu 200 euros et 3 mois de mon temp commande sur Amazon aurai été plus rapide service nul
Réponse: il y a pas de solution a l'amiable cest moi seul qui doit me débrouille pour récupéré mon remboursement par le transporteur mais vous rien. Voila

En tant que politique, nous vendons uniquement des kits de tuning neufs et complets, directement emballés par le fabricant et non par nos entrepôts. Nous avons accepté un retour et un remboursement complet, mais nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables des articles perdus pendant le transport du côté du client.
