I rang Trooli with a question about their service before I changed internet provider, and the guy I spoke with (Kash) was really helpful, not just with my question, but in enrolling me over the phone - with no form-filling hiccups. Thanks, Kash, and well-done Trooli!

I called Trooli's Customer Service to find out about their broadband packages. Spoke with Connor who was a pleasure to deal with.
He explained the differences between the packages, set us up as a new customer and booked an installation date.
A really smooth and easy procedure and, having read other reviews, I'm sure installation will be the same.

Re-contracted with Trooli as the service has been very reliable and good value for money. I spoke to Sacha who was very efficient and helpful and we agreed a renewal price with a small discount. All done and dusted in a few minutes and another satisfied customer!

Kash was very helpful in explaining and completing my order and advising the whole process of the changeover from my present supplier.

EDIT: Installation was booked for today 15th May 9am to 1pm. No-one turned up. No communication. A morning wasted. I called customer service and was told it had been moved to July! That's 2 months away. No reason given. But if I was unhappy they have engineers available in our area next week and the week after. So if not able to attend today why not bump us to next week and of course tell us! We have obviously cancelled the contract. Useless. Learn from our experience and DO NOT USE.

My sales executive, Conner Wise, provided a superb service. He was kind and supportive given that I had missed a cross over date as my existing broad band was terminating. He ensured that as the circumstances were out of my control that the legacy broadband would be reconnected. That was done and a big thank you to Conner for that. Then he walked me through the process faultlessly ensuring that I had the best (not the most expensive) that suited my needs. Highly professional and excellent service. Trooli should be glad that have a quality person like Conner on their team. Highly recommend both Conner and Trooli.

Graeme cam out to connect our fibre broadband he was respectful of our home, very tidy in his work and a very nice chap to deal with.

I have been a Trooli customer now for about a month and I am very impressed. The transfer over from EE went very smoothly, they took care of everything. The engineer who turned up to do the install was very professional and efficient and could not have done a better job.
I held off from posting a review so I could see what the performance and customer service was like. I could not be happier. When I have had some questions, they have been answered promptly, the performance has been 10/10 with a solid 2Gbps speed.
The only technical issue I have raised with them is that the interface to the Zyxel router does not support self signed certificates, whilst that is not a show stopper, ideally that should be resolved in the future.
All in all a very happy customer!

I live in an area in which mobile reception is exceptionally poor and I need my mobile for work I but I was missing a lot of calls I spoke to Amy to see if anything could be done to fix my problem Amy was very not only very helpful but very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue which she patiently guided me through the process which means I now have a phone that works and an excellent broadband well worth the call

Just coming up for my first renewal after 2 years of flawless service, unbelievably Patrycja was able to better the deal available from Virgin so I've happily signed up for another 2 years and nearly doubling my speed!

The switch was really easy and fast, and all the engineers (one working in the street and later another actually doing the instal) were great. However we have only been a customer for a few weeks and I must say there is sometimes a little more lag than we had with Sky.

Phone call answered immediately regarding renewal of contract. The agent Patrycja was very helpful and dealt well with an issue about renewing my WiFi boosters. Very happy with the result, the professionalism and customer focus.

Although email communication was a little hit and miss before installation, I couldn't fault the installation and site visit teams. They were polite, friendly and did a great job. When an issue arose connecting my TV to the router, I was helped by 'Max' to solve the issue who was also very polite and friendly.

Recontracted after 2 years. Handled quickly and efficiently by Patrycja. Never had any connection or speed problems so happy to remain a Trooli customer. All good.

I have just renewed my subscription to Trooli. Since having the full fibre installed I have been completely satisfied with the service that I have received and I would particularly mention the fact that if there is an issue you can talk to a real person with ease.
