Fantastic service from Shaun & John from start to finish

The switch was really easy and fast, and all the engineers (one working in the street and later another actually doing the instal) were great. However we have only been a customer for a few weeks and I must say there is sometimes a little more lag than we had with Sky.

Phone call answered immediately regarding renewal of contract. The agent Patrycja was very helpful and dealt well with an issue about renewing my WiFi boosters. Very happy with the result, the professionalism and customer focus.

Although email communication was a little hit and miss before installation, I couldn't fault the installation and site visit teams. They were polite, friendly and did a great job. When an issue arose connecting my TV to the router, I was helped by 'Max' to solve the issue who was also very polite and friendly.

Recontracted after 2 years. Handled quickly and efficiently by Patrycja. Never had any connection or speed problems so happy to remain a Trooli customer. All good.

I have just renewed my subscription to Trooli. Since having the full fibre installed I have been completely satisfied with the service that I have received and I would particularly mention the fact that if there is an issue you can talk to a real person with ease. I was considering changing to Trooli broadband services and discussed this with Mikyle. He was extremely helpful and efficient and I look forward to the changeover to Trooli being completed later this month.

Quick installation great service

Shaun was very polite and managed to get us setup with the minimum of fuss. We get the speed we are paying for too.

Great interaction with Kash at trooli he sorted our home move quickly and the new router was delivered the next day. Five Star customer service all round.

Had our new Trooli fibre installed this week. The installers arrived on time, we agreed where the cable would come through the wall and they got on with it straight away. Within no time it was installed, and working. The router was connected and we had an internet connection 25 times faster than our existing Openreach service for half the price. They cleaned up the dust from drilling holes and were finished much quicker than I expected.
Since then I needed help from the technical support team for a change I wanted to make to my router settings and they phoned me back and we got everything sorted out very quickly.
So, overall, my experience so far with Trooli has been that they are all very friendly, helpful and professional. The service is splendid, no more buffering or waiting ages for downloads. Very happy family ;-)

I was having issues in my change of address which wasn’t as straight forward as it should have been. Kash made the whole process much easier by his understanding, calm manner and his proactiveness. He kept me informed all the time of the ongoing process. Thank you Kash .

It initially appears that although my service is somewhat better by a factor of three. I am now having trouble connecting and running my TVs. I had a bill of sale£68 from EE and I thought that this would be covered by trooli but I got a message back telling me I had to tick a box to get this paid. BEWARE EVERYONE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THIS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY YOUR EARLY LEAVING COSTS. Very disappointed so far! PS: the installation was excellent.

Had a minor issue renewing my contract, which was flagged, handled and concluded with alacrity, good humour, and great efficiency. Polite, efficient and effective staff who were focussed on doing the best for me. Outstanding in every sense. Thank you.
