I should absolutely recommend Trooli if you are looking for a new internet provider or to change you provider. I have been with them for 2 years and never had any issues.

Great customer service, spoke to Kash and he was very supportive and made the whole transition process from the previous supplier smooth and effortless.

Sacha handled my contract renewal this week and I cannot fault how they reacted to my requests and secured me the best possible deal for a new contract for 24 months. It was a relief to get the situation sorted in a quick and easy fashion. Professional and helpful.

I've been with Trooli for two years now and am happy with the speed and general reliability of my connection. The only gripe I have had is the constant loss of connection between my router and my Sky HD box, which is frustrating (have to keep reconnecting with the password), and splitting the 2.5hz and 5hz connections didn't help. A hard wire connection is the best solution, but is not easy considering my Trooli router is at the front of the house. Aside from that, very happy with the broadband.

Until my sister-in-law mentioned Trooli, I wasn’t really aware of their services and incredible Broadband speeds. After an initial speed test on-line, I had a doorstep visit from a lovely, helpful young man Isaac at my home followed by a call from Mikyle who was really helpful on the phone and talked me through the transfer process from Sky to Trooli with polite, professional ease. Really looking forward to download speed that I never thought would be possible.

I had fallen out of contract so was looking to upgrade my package as we have been exteremly happy with the service.
Phoned the number, and was answered very quickly (within 1 minute, at 1pm ish). I was greeted by Sacha who was extermely polite and helpful and gave me my options. Everything was out in a minute. Excellant customer service, I highly recomend.

I swapped back to Trooli and cannot fault the experience and should never have left. Kash made the experience so easy and painless. Thank you Kash so much.

Everything is fine with the service until something goes wrong. Customer service is then dreadful. Engineer appointments are rescheduled without notice or adequate notification. Speaking with anyone in a managerial position is impossible and complaints do not get responded to in a reasonable timeframe, or even acknowledged. Frontline staff are left to take all the flack whilst those responsible for the chaos hide in the background.

Trooli was recommended to us by a neighbour so i called and spoke to connor who was excellent in answering any quesions i had,so we decided to have them as our internet providers an arrangment was made to be connected they even notified our previous provider (talk talk) who we had been with for over 10 years

I have just renewed my contract with Trooli for another 24 months. The previous two years have been hassle-free. The renewal process was swift and easy, thanks to Sacha. My renewal price is good value.

Trooli have been great! Customer service from Amy has been excellent along with a constant stable high speed internet connection. The best I’ve experienced, especially in the countryside where I live!

Effecient friendly service. However, script repeated itself at least 3 times. If online switch had worked correctly would not have needed this all.

So far, and I have only just placed the order with these guys, the service has been exceptional. Router delivered this morning, when they said it would be, install date set... I will write a further review once the service is installed, but so far, its been outstanding

My query was answered quickly and clearly about my billing,by a very pleasant young lady called Samantha. Very happy with Trooli as .my full fibre supplier. It was installed very efficiently and site left very tidy where they worked. I would recommend them.

I recently renewed my contract with Trooli. Patrycja was very helpful in explaining to me which package deal would be best for me. I have never had any problems with Trooli so far. They offer a reliable and friendly service.
