Helpful for service swapping
I have just made the swap from BT to Trooli. Belmirro Khoza walked me through the process and he was helpful at all times and phoned back when he said he would. The line wasn't perfect and so I had a little trouble hearing him at times, but that was a minor issue. Very happy so far

Excellent Customer Service.
I was coming to the end of my 2 year contract so I contacted Amy in retentions regarding options, and explained that I was considering moving Broadband to Utility Warehouse. She was very understanding and asked if she could look at deals in my area. She very quickly offered me a cheaper and faster renewal upgrade deal than i'd been offered elsewhere so I was happy to stay. The whole process was easy and straightforward so thank you Amy for your excellent customer service.

My previous review of Trooli's installation team and process stands as an excellent experience BUT when I had a problem with poor connection a few months later I was repeatedly ignored and lied to in my opinion. Having tested all my networking cables in the home I just wasn't getting a connection and could not work because of that. Several calls to trooli where I was told they had tested the line and the problem was inside my home everything was fine with their end. This was not the case but trooli wouldn't budge. They said the problem was my home. They said I would have to buy another router to prove the problem was their connection which I did. It cost me £120. This proved I wasn't getting a signal from trooli. Their bullshit was all false and the problem was with their equipment which they had previously said was impossible because their own tests proved their equipment was working perfectly. After 2 weeks of several calls they eventually said they would send an engineer but I would probably have to pay for it if the problem was at my end. The engineer was booked. He didn't even come inside. He said the problem was a well known issue and service was restored. There had never been a problem with the cabling or anything inside my home but Trooli had lied to get rid of me. I lost £120 and TWO WEEKS WORK. YOU CANNOT TRUST TROOLI. I had poor service from a previous supplier when I lost connection for 10 days so no work. Trooli's salesman said how terrible that was - they would never do that to me, they will make sure I can always work but THEY WERE A LOT WORSE THAN MY PREVIOUS SUPPLIER and I lost a lot more money. AVOID TROOLI DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND LET YOU DOWN

Trooli well done
I have been using Trooli for many years now, When we moved into our present village Trooli were also just moving into the area. We were one of the first households to take up with them and have no complaints.I have recently been in touch with the customer service department over what I thought was an issue and which was resolve quickly. Tomorrow my contract is being renewed thanks to the very helpful and friendly assistance of Shadal. I must say that getting hold of customer services has been much quicker than previous instances, it used to be quicker for me to walk around to there office and speak to a technical than hang on the phone. Trooli well done .
