Aphiwe was so helpful in assisting me to finally and properly set up my 3 boosters (after over a year) which had frequently been dropping my WiFi signal thoughout my rather large property. Fingers crossed I will now have a stable connection from my router. Thank you Aphiwe.

Very good costumer service. They managed to sort our problem remotely and to get us internet back in less than an hour.

Connor wise was very helpful about the forthcoming connection using Fibre and losing the copper wire connection! Unfortunately I will have to lose my landline connection so I hope that I can still make
an emergency call using my iPhone if and when the broadband connection disconnects?

Phoned up the help desk yesterday as the speed was has been fluctuating drastically and the latency was off the chart. Got a technical advisor from the south Africa call centre that sounded like they really didn't want to be there! Tried to explain the problem and all they was just read from a script... totally useless.hung up got another so called technical advisor. Explained the situation again. Same thing! Clueless. I suggested about resetting the line from their end and got the reply ' can I do that?' . Nope! Im out. Call to cancellation team it is then. Top tip to trooli.. bring back your techs to uk 🇬🇧 they were sooo gd they used to talk you through the problem and stay on the the line until it was sorted.

Fantastic company and service

Amy was incredibly efficient in sorting out the renewal of the contract with Trooli.
These days it is a pleasant surprise when calling a Utility service to talk to a human and also not to have to wait 40 minutes in a queue for the privilege. Trooli's customer service is extremely good and easy to access.

Belmirro Khoza was very helpful and clear in giving me all appropriate information and i will be getting my broadband connected next week with trooli

Good deal, covered cost of early contract cancellation. Clear documentation no complicated registration.
Arrived on agreed date, fitted with minimum disruption.
System works very well, no interruptions and much faster uploads.

I switched to Trooli in January 2023. I had hesitated but luckily all fears were wrong.

Install was simple, the engineers were very helpful and did a nice clean job and were able to put the new equipment where I requested.

Service has been good and I get slightly over the 500 Mbps that I pay for. I've only had only one brief 10 minute outage and a fault with the router, which a new one was sent out and fixed.

So glad I switched over. Would recommend

Guy was on time. Carried out with efficiency and helped us set up all our devices except forgot to ask about our Amazon alexa's. Yet to get them working again. Otherwise excellent broadband compared with previous supplier.

Trooli was seamless from start to finish.
Efficient, punctual, answered my questions and delivered as promised.
Much better than Wessex Internet who sent 3 people to do the work of the Trooli representative.

It's so good to finally have excellent broadband. The installation guys were great, very neat and tidy and explained the process.

Initially a little frustrating with a wifi issue, but Aphiwe picked up the baton and sorted everything brilliantly. Once we had established the fix, he stayed on the phone with me while we conducted speed tests around the house to make sure that I had everything set up as I needed. Great professional service.

I was called up by Belmirro who was super helpful over the phone and had great knowledge of the Trooli packages and after an insightful conversation on numerous calls I found the best deal to suit my needs. We have set up an installation date and I can't wait to test the new internet.

I spoke to Trooli on Wednesday regarding moving my broadband over to them. Connor who I spoke to couldn’t be more helpful and understanding regarding the position I was in with my current provider. He went through everything, explaining every step of the way. He was brilliant, I cannot praise him highly enough, thank you Connor.

Their service providers are very friendly and explain everything in detail, they are very patient. We really felt at home.
