Worst company in the world of 30 years in the trade
Don't stick to there offer of salvage ask for a million photos of the car no other company does that ever
Then offers less than half the agreed amount
When asked why was it something I had incorrectly said about the car they said no
But we never pay what we offer ?????
They try and hook you in with good prices
Thre has never a more deserving company to go bust like recycling lives did
It's coming to you also don't think it's not

I searched for online quotes for scrapping my car and Charles Trent Ltd offered me twice as much as any other company. Having accepted the quote, I have been dealt with extremely professionally to complete the process via emails,text messages and phone calls. This morning, my car was collected at 7.30am, as requested. Scrapping a much loved car is always a big decision but I am so pleased that Charles Trent Ltd dealt with everything so painlessly and efficiently.

I make 4 wheels alignment because change new tyres so want be sure is geometry fine (old tyres had rubber cut on the edges) but after this alignment car pull to left and steering wheel was twisted to left. I report this and they make another alignment but nice lady said next time will be suspicious car problem.after second alignment car drive perfectly straight but steering wheel is now twisted little bit to right. So is not car problem. Anyway I’m disappointed, money wasted and was one 1 chance to correct. Rather not recommended

Second hand parts with a first class service, saw item on eBay called to confirm correct part & purchased rear door via Teagan (sales/customer service) who couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, polite & personable.

Bought a gearbox for my Renault kangoo from day one it was fitted it was noisey it came with a three month warranty they did nothing to tesolve don’t buy from them as any problems they won’t help
