Liver House was a very good choice. The room was perfectly clean, and equipped with everything a customer would need. Unusually for a B@B it had a cooker and a fridge. Everything worked in the room, the only comment I would have is that the hot water was only warm.

We had an excellent experience with the House everything was in clean order everything we needed was in the house it is a very nice neighborhood and the view was incredible thank you very much and I will recommend it to family and friends who are thinking of going there thank you again

I listed my properties with Travelstaytion. I wish I had read these reviews first! I obtained my first booking through Travelstaytion on 30 September 2024. I am supposed to be paid within two days of the guest checking in. It took nearly a month, and payment was received only after I threatened legal action. Initially they ignored my emails pursuing payment from them, then after I threatened legal action I got some excuse stating: "We have been changing the workflow of our Finance Department resulting in delays due to the increased workload." No interest or compensation was provided for the delay. It seems from the reviews below similar excuses have been used by Travelstaytion in the past. I have since removed my properties from their website. I will not deal with them again and I strongly caution owners/hoteliers to be careful in their dealings with them. I would be concerned about their cashflow given it appears their delays in payment are not isolated. It will be interesting to see whether Travelstaytion try and fob this review off with a cop out like "We have no records of any booking or outstanding payment" as they have used in response to other reviews below.

We have been cooperating with TravelStaytion for a while. In the past, we encountered some issues with payment delays, but everything seems to have changed in 2025. Now, everything is on track. We are very satisfied with this improvement. Keep up the good work!

Booked and stayed in a very central flat in Paris. I had to amend my booking due to change of my travel dates, the customer service team was very helpful and addressed everything for me and the property owner.

Travelstaytion failed to address my complaints. They said they were investigating but never came back to me. Tried their phoneline and you can`t get through. They are a smoke and mirror company - you can`t actually deal with them and they don`t care at all.
AVOID BOOKING WITH THESE PEOPLE

Be Careful. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at RNTLS Marbella through Travelstaytion. My booking was cancelled 10 days before arrival because they said the price was wrong. Now they are demanding three times the amount I originally paid. I made the booking a month ago and the cancellation came at short notice and without warning.

I tried to contact Travelstaytion. First by email, no response for 2 days.

I cannot recommend either TravelStaytion or RNTLS Marbella.

Terrible, very difficult company to deal with, unresponsive, promise to pay their customers but delay....

To follow Travelstaytions reply, yes they dont now, as they made the payment last week!!! However it is still not the full amount as the transaction charged fees, We will be taking matters further to small claims.
Honestly stay well clear of this company!

I booked what I thought to be a nice stay for a whole month in Bavaro, Dominican Republic. The discription in their web was beautiful. The reality was disappointing and frustrating. I lived in the middle of a construction site. All the windows and balconies were open to a lot of construction noise and action each day from 8 to 7pm, also at the weekend. Very often also night work, sometimes longer than midnight. They actually mentioned at the bottom of their catalog in the small print area that there may be construction work 5 days a week from 9 to 5, which I did not see. Also the apt. was not in the shape as described. Dirty and partly in a miserable technical shape, some described things not working or available. During my stay when I asked them to consider the difference between fiction and reality they started an arbitration ending with fake comments of the owner. There was no way of arguing against them. Beware of TravelStaytion. As customer you have no rights. They don't seem to be member in any British or European professional organization where you could blame them. You pay your money in advance and you lose all your rights.

Confermo che sono veramente dei truffatori , da circa un mese aspetto il pagamento di 13mila € nonostante l’accordo è quello che il pagamento sarà effettuato dopo il check in . Da ieri non mi rispondono nemmeno alle mail.

As a host, working with TravelStaytion for over 2 years, I'm more than happy with their services. Since our collaboration started, I noticed a 30% increase to our bookings. The team is really helpful and our account manager is always available and ready to resolve any issues we might face.

Shocking company to deal with. After returning from the USA they contacted us direct and asked us to review the property. We made it clear in the review that the actual property was lovely but two incidents spoilt our experience and this was down to the property owner. They then asked for evidence which we duly supplied and was promised a response within 48 hours. After over 6 weeks and repeated reminders we finally got a reply basically saying thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
One of the issues was that the rear patio door lock was broken so anybody could walk in through the back door. Every time we left the property we had to wedge open the door with a broom handle.

We booked through booking.com and didn’t realise we were booking through this company. Many errors in the whole experience and not an enjoyable stay. The main complaint (after booking, we were informed we would be charged a 40 Euro penalty due to our delayed flight.
Really unfortunate that most people booking using the company will do so via a 3rd party and won’t realise the horrendous service until it’s too late

Wauw wat een slechte site. Staan onbetrouwbare prijzen bij de vakantiehuizen. Reserveren is erg omslachtig en ze willen direct 100% vd prijs via creditcard.

The TRAVELSTAYTION company IS A SCAM. We (in U.S.) tried to book a house in Spain through Expedia. Expedia responded that the house was unavailable -understandable. However, somehow Travelstaytion stole our name, credit card number etc. from our Expedia reservation attempt and they then promptly made a large charge on our credit card! After a horrible time trying to get this resolved, thankfully our credit card security person recognized Travelstaytion’s charge was a scam and stopped Travelstaytion’s charge from going through. —As we were unaware that Travelstaytion had taken our info and made a charge on our credit card until after they had already done it, to prevent this I can only suggest not booking a house through Expedia, because Travelstaytion has somehow hacked into Expedia to steal customers’ names and credit card info (although one other reviewer here got into the same trouble with Travelstaytion while trying to book through Hotels.com). What a terrible, dishonest situation we should never have to encounter - and my husband and I are both professional people who are experienced in business and travel.

This place is a scam! We rented a condo through Hotels.com, but found out after our booking that we were dealing with Travel Staytion. The condo was GROSSLY misrepresented. We encountered live roaches crawling across our bed, all bedding was yellow stained with A LOT of human hair and other human excrement, extra sheets that didn't fit ANY bed in the place, dried blood on blankets, broken doors (silverware drawer), broken sliding glass screen door, dirty couch, dirty chair and old, yellow stained pillows. There wasn't ONE piece of bedding that wasn't disgusting! The condo had mold around the sliding glass door and in the bathroom, rusted towel rack, rusted shower head, dried toothpaste on the bathroom wall, the microwave door was busted almost completely off, the dishes had dried food left on them, only 2 of the doors had working locks, and EVERY piece of carpeting or rugs were heavily stained...no walking barefoot in there! The ad said you could use their kayaks on the bay, but they were under lock and key with no access, so nope. They said there was a "decibel machine" in the condo but this made NO SENSE due to the paper thin walls and ceilings. Their online information stated that these were "Not Cameras", but I'm curious why you would even have to spell that out? Must have been what was behind the one closet door with a security code and dead bolt on it....Hmmmmm. I called Travel Staytion MULTIPLE times to complain about the unsanitary and unhealthy conditions and was met with the same BS..."Oh, we are sorry for the inconvenience of you having to buy ALL new bedding, wash every dish, broken this, soiled that...blah, blah, blah, but we're not going to do anything about it". We paid $2,000 to stay 7 nights in Gulf Shores, Alabama during 4th of July week, so no other places to go,,,,HOTELS.COM also received a review with pictures. We waited all year for this trip and it was stressful as all get out! DO NOT rent from these people. They should be run out of business as should ANY owner who pays them money to manage their properties!!! If the ad says "Coastal Beach condo right across from beach" and it's hosted by ALEXANDRE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

If I could give TravelStaytion zero stars, I would. We booked a property in London months in advance for a family holiday. We were informed on December 29th (3 days prior to check-in) that our reservation was cancelled. No alternative accommodations were offered. We were left to scramble, overseas, with three young children to salvage our family vacation. To date, we've not received the promised refund or an acknowledgement of the additional costs we incurred. I would not recommend using any property managed by TravelStaytion.

This site uses third parties for their rentals. You think you're working with Travelstaytion but if there is a problem, they won't do anything for you except refer you back to the property manager. Customer service seems helpful when you first contact them but it's a sham. I gave them detailed emails and photos with my complaint. It was a waste of time. Two weeks and two different service reps and all I got was a canned cut-and-paste response that didn't even have the right gender (called me "he"). If I'm renting with Travelstaytion they should bear responsibility if something goes wrong. Will never rent with them again.
