Absolutely fabulous place to stay
Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Right in the heart of Plaka but just 50m off the main area so really quiet. The apartment itself is just like the photos, it’s large and comfortably accommodated 4 adults with lots of space and comfort. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Perfeito! Tudo Perfeito! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Banheiro espaçoso, água quente, toalhas limpas. Tudo limpo, organizado e bem decorado. Cama muito confortável, vista linda para os navios. A localização não poderia ser melhor. No centro, em frente tem uma estação de ônibus que vai para todas as praias, inclusive aeroporto, $2,50 o deslocamento. Compensa muito, não precisamos alugar carro, nem utilizar taxi. O anfitrião é extremamente atencioso, sempre perguntando e sendo solícito. A equipe de atendimento é impecável! Sou extremamente exigente no quesito hospedagem, dormir em um local limpo, bom e confortável pra mim é essencial! Nota 1.000! Voltarei em breve!

Great views in Gatlinburg
Great views in Gatlinburg! This apartment was very nice, and provided excellent views of the Great Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would love to come back. Family of 4, including 2 teens who did not get bored.

The property is clean, beautiful, and appointed with modern decor. The space offers both indoor and outdoor options for lounging with friends, family, or colleagues, and the 7BR/7BA layout is a plus for large groups who also value their privacy. We look forward to our next stay with AvantStay!

Everything worked smoothly
Everything worked smoothly, except the pre- checkin process. It felt a bit like we were to apply for a VISA o something…especially the passport procedure. That’s the only part that could be improved and made a bit smoother, especially for larger groups of people.
Other than that, perfect!

Villa 2 Wochen nach Bestätigung einfach storniert !!!
Wir haben eine Villa auf Kreta über Travelstaytion gebucht und verbindlich bestätigt bekommen. Dann haben wir zur Sicherheit nochmal gefragt, ob die Buchung 100% sicher ist und es kam wieder eine Bestätigung. Flüge, Mietwagen, etc.. gebucht und 2 Wochen später kommt einfach eine Mail in der man uns die "Stornierung bestätigt". Widerspruch eingelegt, ohne Erfolg. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, die Villa sei technisch deffekt, aber noch am selben Tag ging sie wieder online für knapp 4000,-€ mehr !!! Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Hilfe, keine Reaktion. NIE WIEDER
Update 18.03.2025: Nein, das ist nicht korrekt. Der Betreiber der Villa hat mir Nachweise geschickt, dass Travelstaytion den Preisfehler gemacht hat. Der Betreiber kann nichts dafür und Fehler passieren. Aber IHR Umgang mit den eigenen Fehlern und, dass Sie nicht für die Preisdifferenz aufkommen ist unmöglich. Sie haben mir eine Bestätigung geschickt und dann als Erklärung für die Stornierung geschrieben es hätte "technische" Hintergründe. Und erreichbar sind Sie auch nicht bzw. melden sich scheinbar nur hier, wenn man Sie bewertet.

Cycling in lanzarote
We used Villa Palmira as our base while cycling around Lanzarote. There were 5 in our group and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal plus it was relaxing after a long day in the saddle. The Villa was well kept and of course the pool was excellent. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to a family or group looking for a relaxing holiday.

Everything about our stay was perfect
Everything about our stay was perfect! The cabin was new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. It was perfectly placed in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, from cooking utensils to toiletries. Was truly a prefect stay, will definitely be coming back.

This website is a disappointment
We booked a holiday home for about 1800 Euro. 2 months later they wrote that our holiday is cancelled due to "unforeseen technical errors that have rendered the property temporarily unavailable for hosting " However, at the same time on their website, the exact same accomodation can be booked for the exact same period as we had booked it, but now at about 3200 Euro!! If you make mistakes with your pricing tables, own them, don't let your customers down like this. We did get an almost immediate refund, but it was still a major disappointment because we were really looking forward to stay in the accomodation we had booked.

I am a professional hosting company. I have not received payouts from TravelStaytion for almost 6 months. They owe me over $20,000 USD. I have been trying to get the issue resolved for a month and no one will help me or update me. I can see that all the guests have paid so TravelStaytion has just kept the money and not given it to me.

Best value for money, but noisy
Despite being on the edge of the gentrified section (Av. B between C. 11 and 12 Este), it is only a few short blocks from the main areas of Casco Viejo.
The apartments facing the street are labelled 1A, 2A, etc., while those at the back are 1B, 2B, etc. The studio units are spacious and have a full kitchen, shower, and bed. I find them the best value for the money at Casco Viejo.
However, as with everything at Casco Viejo, parking is a challenge. There is a dance club next door and another one across it, so it isn't quiet. Additionally, the neighbours at the back were partying until 7 am. The hosts provided earplugs, but it was still difficult to ignore the noise.

Annulation de notre réservation à 14h de notre depart en avion sur Tenerife. Bon d'achat de 25% pour repasser une autre réservation mais AUCUNE offre disponible à cette destination. Par la suite, constat que votre plateforme est bourrée de BUGS et quasiment INEXPLOITABLE.
