Dear Trading,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on Trustpilot. We truly regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and the concerns you've raised in your review.
We take such matters seriously and wish to clarify the situation. Our review of your account indicates a breach of the 'no lot manipulation rule', which is in place to ensure fair trading practices and to discourage gambling-style strategies. This rule is a vital part of our commitment to fostering a responsible trading environment and is clearly outlined in our guidelines.
We understand that this might be disappointing, but adherence to these rules is crucial for the integrity of our trading process and for the benefit of all our traders. It is our responsibility to enforce these guidelines consistently to maintain a fair and professional trading platform.
We are always open to discussion and would like to offer you the opportunity to reach out to us for any further clarification or concerns you might have regarding this matter. Our team is here to provide support and help resolve any misunderstandings.
We are committed to improving and value your feedback as it helps us enhance our services. Our aim is always to provide a transparent and equitable trading experience for all our clients.

Dear Hamed,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, even if you haven't directly engaged with our services.
It's important to note that while feedback is invaluable, not all reviews reflect the full scope of our operations or the vast number of satisfied clients we have assisted. Traders With Edge has been committed to providing the highest quality service, and we have numerous positive outcomes and testimonials to stand by our reputation.
Simply passing judgment based on reviews without firsthand experience might not give you the complete picture. If you ever consider diving deeper or are genuinely interested in understanding our platform better, I would recommend reaching out to us directly. We're confident in our ability to address any concerns and demonstrate the value we bring to our clientele.
Thank you for your attention, and we wish you all the best in your trading endeavors.

Hi Jordan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience with our platform has led you to feel this way.
We'd like to clarify a few key points, most of which we've already communicated via email:
1. Our guidelines, including the prohibition of using Expert Advisors (EAs) on Instant Funding accounts, are transparently stated on our website. Every trader, prior to registration, should thoroughly read, understand, and adhere to these rules.
2. The stop loss requirement you've highlighted is specifically applicable to the Instant Funding accounts, the very account type you chose. This rule is explicitly and prominently outlined on our website, ensuring all prospective traders are aware before they decide to engage.
It's essential to note that the parameters and guidelines set for our challenges are there to create a structured, fair environment. One can't bypass or break these rules and expect to successfully pass the challenge.
We have always aimed to maintain transparency and open communication. While we understand the intricacies of trading can sometimes be overwhelming, we genuinely value our community and continuously strive to enhance the trader experience.
We encourage all our users, as previously communicated, to fully familiarize themselves with our guidelines to ensure a smooth trading journey.
Regards,
Daniel
