I never got my account I brought and can’t get in contact with anybody form trader edge it’s been two weeks !!

More than 5 weeks with their system down and they cancelled accounts with no reason. Not answering any mail nor their chat. They still have the nerve to send mails asking to sign with them showing a "sister company" (Swift Trader) so be careful of that too. A HUGE scam. Keep away from them.

Stay away from this Prop. Incredibly bad support. They never reply to emails sent to their support email address. Same with their chat app. A lot of issues with their website. Link to dashboard is often not working. There are better Props than this one. Spare yourself the aggravation.

I found out about the system change when I could not login ti anything including the company dash said my email was invalid so I email support and oh we are updating the CRM and it will be up in few days, two weeks ago I asked them should I get another Prop Firm account no worries be up in no time so I loose two weeks of trading. I asked for a refund and have not got a response I was told only use companies on Prop Firm Match because they are registered and regulated you take more chances as US trader with less accesss to platforms hope that changes soon companies are missing out on billions of dollars, I don’t expect any refund it looks like their broker pulled their services or they had a huge loss caused same.

Extremely unprofessional company. Their platform has been offline for more than three weeks, leaving users unable to trade or even view accounts. For the past two weeks, they have also completely stopped responding to emails, showing zero regard for their customers.

With so many trustworthy platforms available today, there’s no need to risk your time and money here. This company has proven to be unreliable and irresponsible.

This is an irresponsible company. Its platform has been down for viewing or trading for over three weeks. The first week they announced (because I asked) that they were making changes to the platform without prior notice (of course, it sounds like a scam).
The strange thing is that if you try to buy a challenge, if it allows it, it sounds ugly. It's true, don't waste your time and money. There are platforms to choose from these days; don't fall for deceptive offers/promotions.

My DX accounts were dicontinued over a week ago and I am not getting any satisfactory responses.

Four weeks with a dead dashboard—no P&L, no withdrawals. This past week the trading platform itself was down. Zero updates, zero compensation. I paid for an evaluation account; right now it feels like a rug pull.

They deleted my email and account without telling me. When I sent them a message they ignored me. I tried to sign in and it says my email is not in their system. I was following the rules. No warning or reason.

My guess is that the people that are responsible, but not able to pass within a certain time end up getting locked out of the account. Then when trying to contact support they send an email saying that they are moving to a different platform the following week, but the following week when emailing they send the same email and they do this until the rules are broken and the account gets closed. Think twice about joining any prop firm that does something like this because they might do something similar to you, even though, you followed the rules. Then they poke instead of being upfront and emailing.

I’m honestly and have faith

I normally choose not to write negative reviews of service providers and just move on to better options in the market, but I feel that I have a duty to warn potential buyers of challenges with this prop firm Traders with Edge.
I have been with this prop firm for several months. Though the average payout has been 6 to 7 days even as per their payout policy, they have fulfilled their end a few times.
The fast payout in some of the reviews is a lie. Its the worst in the industry. Most props pay within 24 hours. TWE takes 6 to 7 days. Meanwhile you cant trade the account.
However, they have chosen not to pay my latest request and ignored all my emails and chat messages on the same. I have not breached any rules. It appears I have been draining money from them and seen as a liability in their books. Though, they pretend to happily give payouts and support consistently profitable traders.
I have removed their accounts from my copier service and continue with more reliable props out there giving payouts.
I strongly advice against buying and dealing with this prop. You will run into payout issues after showing consistency - usually third to fourth payout. They will simply not pay and ignore all communication.
Research and choose the best props using the well known sites. TWE is not even added on those sites due to their scam and dishonest nature. Ask yourself why. I blame myself for dealing with them though I bought their challenge in 2023 - before propfirmmatch and the like. Its not worth the risk, loss of money and time.
Be warned. Get the few well known reliable props though they may be a bit more expensive and forget the rest, regardless of their marketing and promotions. Build your own personal account as you get your payouts. All the best to my fellow traders.
P.S - Their 5 star reviews are all fake or just from customers saying their support is great and have received their first payout. Am sure they will regret giving their high ratings in future payout request. Its very unfortunate to be honest. We live and we learn.

Very smooth and clear information and service

So far the gooey platform on the home is unstable somewhat confusing to use unresponsive at time and just not use friendly on the phone apps perhaps on the computer is better

I have successfully passed Hare 2 phase challenge respecting every rule including lot size manipulation rule and after already more than 2 weeks I only got one customer service response stating they have "technical issues on the account". After more than a week of receiving that mail I have contacted the customer support over the contact form and chat and I do not get any response. In the chat I can see the message is read for each attempt I had.

My opinion is that they do not want to give funded account of that size since I have passed $400K challenge. After too much waiting I have decided to leave a rating and reach out to all of the communities I am in since after more 2 weeks more than they mentioned in the email and all those seen but not answered messages I am starting to believe this is a hard scam. They probably allow only small accounts that they can handle.

UPDATE:
After some time I have received an email they cannot continue our cooperation due to KYC with their payout provider Riseworks. What is funny is that I have never issued a KYC and actually I use Riseworks for other prop firms for more than 2 years. They have randomly included some reason not to continue with a funded account since my trading history was legit. They have also mentioned they will issue me a full refund which is of course still not back on my account and the question is will it even arrive.

This is a 100% scam company. Maybe they worked properly in the past but now they definitely started some shady work.

Not worth the hype ! The pay is absolutely poor , Use instead of given at the top.

Payment method did not go through. Had to wait before payment clear before purchase is recieved. However, I understand that there were technical issues beyond their control. I did recieve my credential in less than 24 hours and able to began befor market opens. Thanks so much for the excellent service. Customer service is Top Tier in my book.
