Used TQ Law for our home purchase, just over 19 weeks from instructing to completion, would have been 17 weeks however a problem in the chain so not TQ’s fault. We were with Team AC and honestly not one problem throughout, communication was great and mostly done via email which I prefer as everything is in writing.
