Despite external ups and downs in our house buying journey, TQ Law (Katie and Abi) were incredibly professional, helpful and reliable. They maintained exceptional communication and took a proactive approach, chasing the Seller's side and always working in our best interest. Their legal expertise and efficient handling of all due diligence and searches was a massive plus. So too was the initial and later forms being capable completion online via TQ Laws secure portal. TQ Law are excellent value for money and we simply couldn't have done this without them- we highly recommend this firm from our experience!

I used TQ Law for a house purchase. They kept me fully informed throughout, with updates at the key stages. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was completed without any hassle. Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again.

The overall service was good. The company are generally quick to respond to queries and courteous.
They need to tighten up on their departments working closely together to save time on some of the processes especially around any Compliance issues.

I hired Katrina Pendlebury to handle my transaction. She was positive, encouraging and supportive throughout. She and her team were efficient and kept me informed at every step. I could speak to her on the phone as and when needed without any fuss or delay.
