TORC24 Omdömen

Torc24 have been so supportive since the very first meeting. I'm in the middle of a divorce and dealing with children and mortgages by myself as a single mom which is a very scary experience, Aaron Rattray who i dealt with at Torc24 was so re-assuring, helpful and kind to me, guided me through every step of the process. I could not have asked for a better service.

Brilliant Customer service,
Teri talked me through the shared ownership and what options I have available for my mortgage. Everything was explained very well. Kudos to Teri and her team!!

Thank you to all the team at Torc24 who helped my spouse and I apply for a mortgage for our first home; throughout the process the team were friendly, knowledgable and supportive.

Thanks in particular to Joseph, Olivia and Jenny who working together, found us a competitive mortgage with a reputable high-street lender in record time (just two weeks from application to offer).

Highlights of working with the team included:

• A 1:1 video call with Joseph helped us find a mortgage that suited our needs and allowed us to ask all the questions we had.

• Having access to preferential rates, tailored to new build properties. Buying a new-build apartment with a 10% deposit we were worried that we would be restricted to a narrow selection of higher rate mortgages. Unlike the online broker we used initially, Joseph found us an affordable product that met our requirements in full.

• While Joseph was away his colleagues covered our case seamlessly, making sure everything progressed on time and helping us respond to some follow up asks from our mortgage provider.

Thank you team, looking forward to working with you again soon!

Chelsea and Stuart and all the team from TORC 24 provided an exceptionally professional service, characterized by excellent communication and unwavering support throughout. We absolutely recommend their services without hesitation.

Thank you very much for all your support since enquiring; the first contact was Jake Bannister and he was very quick responding emails and calls; after that my case was handed to Stuart Allen which he explained very detailed the entire process and all documents and information needed. He explained in a very clear way; very polite and he was listening and answering all our questions to a super efficient time. Thank you again for all your help and having this process easy and smooth.

Thank you to Bianca Patel for a seamless process, so helpful throughout and happy to answer any questions we had. Explained everything in great detail so that we understood it all.
Great experience and will definitely use again in future!

Fantastic Mortgage Broker. I would highly recommend their service. They really take all of the stress out of moving by being so supportive and reassuring throughout the process of organising the mortgage and income protection. A professional and knowledgable company who have a huge choice of lenders available. I felt that I was offered great advice and the best deals available at the time. A special thank you to Aaron Rattray.

Amazing service and super quick. Aaron and Olivia are experts at what they do and kept me informed throughout. Will recommend to friends and family looking for a mortgage!

Shannon Wright, Bianca Patel, and David Price - three people at Torc24 thanks to whom I've managed to go through the mortgage application process smoothly and without nerves. I'm an inexperienced first-time buyer, so I've had a lot of questions and concerns about the process as such, and they've been really patient with me, guiding me through it step by step and always there to answer my questions. In the end, they found me a better mortgage than I even hoped for. Thank you! :-)
