I recently worked with Torc24 as my mortgage broker, and I must say that their assistance was quite helpful throughout the entire process.

In particular, Alex, Joseph and Louise were quite helpful right from the start. I get regular updates with follow-ups and assistance in realizing my dream.

Joe demonstrated a deep understanding of the mortgage market and guided me with valuable insights, making the daunting process of securing a mortgage much more manageable. He patiently answered all my questions, addressing any concerns I had promptly and professionally.

Overall, I can confidently recommend Joseph and team to anyone in search of a knowledgeable and supportive mortgage broker. Their expertise and dedication were invaluable in helping me achieve my homeownership goals. Thanks again for your assistance!

Excellent. Nicola and her team went above and beyond to get my new mortgage up and running during a very difficult time in the UK economy. I have nothing but praise for TORC24 and my Mortgage advisor Nicola Ewart and her team. They mix a professional service with a caring manner. Many Thanks.

Shannon was very welcoming, kind patient and positive. I was anxious about the whole mortgage process on my own, her approach made me feel calm and positive. She was very professional, knowledge and had years of experience. I can’t recommend Shannon or the Torc Team enough!

I have been pleasantly surprised with just how forthcoming Shannon has been with providing me with not only great service, but also information and answers to copious amounts of questions that I’ve had! Both her and our mortgage broker Rhys have provided great customer service! Couldn’t recommend them and your company enough!

Great experience with liaising with the team, especially Aaron Rattray my broker - quick and effective work and managed to turn around my application quickly. As this was my first time going through this process all aspects were well explained and I feel confident with the information received. Many thanks!

Having never purchased a property before, Stuart at TORC24 made the whole process a role model of efficiency and clarity at every step. From our mortgage options, to additional plans such as life cover, Stuart made everything so simple and clear to understand, giving total peace of mind that we’d landed on a gem! We really couldn’t have wished for a better experience that was just so fast, less than 10 days from initial property viewing to confirmed mortgage offer. A huge thank you and we will certainly be back again, when the next move comes. I couldn’t rate TORC24 any higher.

Torc24 provided me with such a streamlined and educational service in advising for my recent mortgage. Being a first time buyer, there were a lot of things new to me, and the adviser I had, Aaron Rattray, walked me through the entire processes, ensuring I was comfortable and as well informed as I could be about the decisions I was making. Aaron was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and really had my best interests at heart! I would like to thank Aaron for his care and advise throughout the process and will be looking to use Torc24 and Aaron when searching for a new mortgage in the future.
