After 4 months of zero growth and…
After 4 months of zero growth and continued hair shedding/loss I cancelled my subscription. The woman I spoke with kept trying to sell me different options until I literally said “stop, stop, please stop selling to me I just want to cancel my account” 5 days later they charged my account. I immediately called to cancel the shipment as I had canceled my account. They told me I needed to wait and receive the shipment and then send it back for a refund. The worst annoyance (illegal?) is there is no way to take all of your account information; name, address, credit card information, out of their system. They call me relentlessly to this day.

Somehow, my order was delivered to the wrong address (at no fault of HH but USPS). I informed Happy Head that I had not received my order, and they immediately sent me a replacement the following day. They kept me updated on the tracking, as well as following up as to whether I did in fact receive my order ;)

Due to stress I lost all my hair on the left front side of my head. It was awful and traumatizing. I used the topical. 3 months later it all grew back. My head was bald and now it all grown back. Highly recommend the topical!!!
