Super service, post was on strike. I was contacted immediately, offered a refund or was I happy to wait for package to arrive. Package arrived and is great!

Great service, goods are of good quality, fit well and affordable.. bought several outdoor rugs and they’ve been exceptionally good quality and lasted “still being used”
Top of the clops is my first go to company for things I need for my horses.

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can see from the Royal Mail tracking that this arrived on the 30/06/22. This was the 10th working day after your order which is our maximum specified time frame for deliveries as shown on our website. However often we are much quicker that the 10 working days and we are sorry for this delay.

Disappointed to say the order took over a couple a weeks for it to be dispatched and then just to make things worse the post office decided to to take a couple of days to deliver it a few miles down the road, complete joke

Very helpful. There was a delay as they were waiting for stock to come in. I was kept informed and offered a refund but I was happy to wait and given a discount for the inconvenience.

Good and honest communication
Good and honest communication, bridle I wanted was not I'm stock. When I couldn't wait any longer they offered me options of what they did have available and then it was delivered promptly and arrived in good condition. Very pleased with the product.

Slow delivery time
Dispatch of my order took a long time {11 working days), therefore not an ideal place to order from if item is required urgently. Reply to email enquiring when item would be sent was very quick. Package came completely wrapped in sellotape which was very protective but slightly tricky to cut open without damaging item inside.
