SCAM. Purchased a rug over 3 weeks ago no sign of it. I emailed, whatsapped and used messenger no reply. £45 down the drain!!!

Faulty Sheldon Mini Shetland
I’m very disappointed with this mini Shetland head collar. I only started using it today and by the second use this afternoon the metal clip had already snapped.
It’s a real shame because the collar itself is lovely and fits my Shetland very well. Unfortunately the quality of the clip has really let it down. Because it broke while I needed to bring my Shetland in, I had no choice but to temporarily hold it together with a cable tie.
I’ve sent an email with photo evidence and I’m hoping a refund can be arranged. It’s frustrating as this would have been a great head collar if the hardware had been more durable.

Hello - so sorry about this fault. Once you alerted us to this we spoke to the manufacturer. They have never known this to happen with these but occasionally faults do of course still occur. We offered you a replacement or refund. You opted for a refund which we have completed for you and provide you with a £5 gift card to apologise for this faulty item. After a mix-up and delay with the item , nothing was too much trouble for Katie to compensate and rectify the issue.
I received my product within two or three days.

Seems to have a massage effect
Only used it once and seems to work pretty well plus my horse didn't mind me using it on her face and she hates her face brushing so big win for me.

Comfortable And Very Practical
From the point I ordered I felt that the sales team were client focussed, as they immediately contacted me to advise that it would not be possible to get their product to me pre-Christmas. This was not an issue (as it wasn't a present), but it sent a clear message that they value their clients and communicate properly.
The boots themselves were for my wife who has nothing but praise for their comfort, practicality and quality - and she is not easy to please!
So, if you are looking for good products at a reasonable price, all supported by a user-friendly sales team, then I recommend Top Of The Clops to you.

Item not received
Took over a week to post out, said they were sending next day delivery, item hasn’t arrived a further week on, which they are aware of but they are not answering phone or responding to messages. They use Evri so beware. Poor customer service.

Our website terms and conditions, the icon on each product description on our website and the email confirmation email all state that orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered but it’s often quicker. Your order was placed on Sunday 23rd November and we posted it 8 working days later next day delivery which then should have arrived with you in our stated timescales.
Unfortunately there were then courier issues which we apologised for and we offered you a replacement or refund and you asked for a refund. We refunded you on the 10th December when you asked for this and explained you could keep the rug for free when/if it arrived as an apology.On the 16th December the rug arrived with you. We hope this is a good product for your horse.
We also gave you a £5 off gift voucher and a discount code to use on future orders as an apology for the delays.
We do use Evri as well as Royal Mail and ParcelForce depending on the buyers location, package size and weight. We occasionally have some packages with all couriers go missing especially in December due to increased demand but we will always do our best to refund or replace for customers.
We hope you will shop with us again.
