Perfect in every way.
Excellent service, the product (light up lead rope) was ordered as a last minute gift and the Top of the Clops team ensured that it was dispatched swiftly. The product itself was exactly as expected. Will definitely be ordering from Top of the Clops again.

Sizing could be better
Sizing could be better. They are very well shaped so would fit an 8.5 well but the support and heels are in wrong place for a foot smaller yet are supposed to fit a range of sizes.

I bought 3 items from Top of the Clops at the start of July.
One was promised ‘in a few weeks’, the others arrived ok (albeit later than promised). I contacted them to ask about the last item on the 3rd August and they didn’t respond, so 10 days later I felt I had to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund.
The vendor approved the refund on PayPal on the 13th August. PayPal closed the case once the refund was approved. Today I’ve had an email from PayPal saying that the refund transaction failed.
I now have no item and no money to buy a new one.

Hello I’m so sorry for not being able to fulfill the order for all three items and for the failed transaction. However I’m glad we were then able to resolve this by re-issuing the refund for the missing item.
Took months, updated amazingly
Once I had ordered I was told my item was out of stock and I had to wait some months for it to be produced and sent to the company again before being sent out to me. However, I was updated BRILLIANTLY on WhatsApp, given lots of opportunity to get a refund or wait. I waited some months and when it did arrive it was perfect item.

Hello. Thank you so much for leaving the review. We received your order on the 18/22/25 and we dispatched your order on the 24/11/22 within our delivery timescales. We normally post Royal Mail but due to strikes we switched to Evri.
As soon as we saw this review, we tracked your parcel and could see it was showing as
not moving on the Evri tracking, we then got in touch with you on what’sApp to discuss. We corresponded with the Evri local depot. They confirmed it is lost so we provided you with a replacement and dealt with Evri ourselves.
As a retailer it’s our responsibility to provide you with the goods and it’s not your fault if the courier makes an error.
We kept you updated by WhatsApp until this was resolved.
You kindly emailed us to confirm safe receipt of the replacement and you were happy with this outcome.
