Well I have tested most gambling sites
Well I have tested most gambling sites
I can safely say this app isn't fair gambling at all
It's all about the chat
I played for two weeks and the biggest win it gave me was £2.96 at 5p games /slots
Yes it's a small bet but it was a test
I have been doing these test throughout the gambling site ls
This is for a study I'm doing on how the sites just rince money from their customers
Once finished my study will be handed to the gambling commission
Because these sites need to be regulated properly
It's clear to see that they are a form of fake gambling

Thank you for your review. We do have one of the highest RTP in the industry but as with any gambling unfortunately the wins are not guaranteed. We would never encourage anyone to chase a win as it can lead to overspending. If you do wish to discuss anything further please give us a call on free phone 0800 464 3411. Take care, team tombola.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you’re not enjoying our site at the moment. We do have some of the most competitive return to player rates in the industry but, as with all gambling, no win is guaranteed. Did you know you can see all your deposits, withdrawals and wins at: https://www.tombola.co.uk/my-account/transaction-history . If we can help with anything else, please do get in touch. Not the same site as before regarding chat . Lots of people away now due to discretion of chat hosts deeming chat inappropriate. Quite unfair as decisions may not always be correct.

My me time
First, the variety is unbeatable. I never get stuck staring at the same two tired game rooms on repeat. There’s classic 90-ball and 75-ball bingo for purists, zippy speed rounds when I want a quick 10-minute hit, themed rooms (80s throwbacks, quiz tie-ins, seasonal specials) that keep the vibe playful, plus a huge range of instant-win games to dip into between calls. No two sessions feel identical—whether I’m after a cozy long round or a fast, fun flutter, there’s always something that fits my mood.
Second, the community is actually warm and welcoming—no snark, no cutthroat competitiveness, just a bunch of people having a laugh. The chat hosts are brilliant: they keep the banter flowing, run tiny side quizzes and mini-games for extra prizes, and make sure new faces feel included right away. I’ve had regulars cheer me on for a £5 win like it was a jackpot, and it turns a solo game into something far more joyful. It’s the kind of space you log into and immediately relax, not like you’re fighting for a spot or proving yourself.
But the absolute game-changer for me? Being able to take a break whenever I want and pick up exactly where I left off. Life doesn’t pause for bingo calls—whether I need to jump up to sort the house, make a cuppa, answer the door, or just step away for five minutes to reset, I never have to abandon my cards or miss a round I’ve already joined. No panicking mid-game if something comes up; I just tap pause, handle my stuff, and come back whenever I’m ready, with all my progress intact. It sounds small, but it’s the difference between a hobby that fits around your schedule and one that demands you rearrange your day for it. Tombola gets that we have lives outside the app, and that flexibility alone makes it worth sticking with.
The interface is clean and fuss-free, wins pay out quickly even for small amounts, and their responsible gaming tools tie right into that low-pressure vibe—no hidden fine print, no pushy upsells, just plain fun.
Honestly, if you want bingo that prioritizes enjoyment first—with loads of choice, great people, and zero pressure to stay locked in—Tombola is 100% worth a spin. It’s become my little daily escape, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Don’t let them rob you!
If only my mechanic could fix my motor as well as the creators have fixed this app!
Anyone who hasn’t used it before, I’d advise not to use it as you won’t win anything despite how much money you put in! You will notice the same names (I’m assuming they’re bots) winning over and over!
Basically they have found a way to legally steal from people and get away with it!

We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you’re not enjoying our site at the moment. We do have some of the most competitive return to player rates in the industry but, as with all gambling, no win is guaranteed. Each game uses a Random Number Generator to produce the game result. The RNG is a completely random selection both with the allocation of tickets and the generation of the numbers called. The generator we use has been independently tested and approved by both the UK and Gibraltar Gambling Commissions. If you would like to discuss your review further please contact us directly and we'll be happy to discuss any concerns. Team tombola

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm sorry you're unhappy with the site at the moment. We do have one of the highest RTPs in the industry but the games are so popular that does mean lots of players are in for a chance of winning. If you would like to discuss this or anything account related further, please do get in touch with our customer service team. If you ever feel frustrated know that we also have many safeplay options within our site that can help you take breaks when it's no longer fun. Best of luck for your future games! Take a win and run !!
They let you win a decent amount but as soon as you withdraw it they penalise you and you’ll never win again.
The slots are not worth it, my experience is you can bet £1 and more often than not you’ll win 4p !!
New users if you win, take it and run !

We appreciate you sharing your recent experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your recent gameplay has been disappointing and that you feel penalized after withdrawing winnings. We want to assure you that our games are designed to be fair and random and use a random number generator to achieve this. If you would like to discuss your account with us, please reach out via our customer services team. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Team tombola.
I find tombola fairer than some other sites.
I find tombola fairer than some other sites purely because it limits the amount of tickets you can buy. It means people have the same chance as players who would ordinarily max out games resulting in same winners all the time.
