Tombola used to be so fun, you chatted away, you won a couple of quid here and there, and it was a nice local UK based firm with friendly NE Chat Moderators, now they are "Hosts" there is an AI bot in every chat learning their job to replace them, even though they're sadly so naive to see this, (Speaking from experience).

Tonight I got banned from Tombola Chat, for using the word "Divvy" twice, the "Host" who is a regular name decided to ban me, and Tombola's customer service also backed this.

Well, even though other users, one even in the game I was in dropped actual dictionary swear words, Divvy got me banned, when they let me back they will either just let me back, or as other uses have told me for actual serious offences they will make you change your username (but that's only for the Homophobic and Racists) Tombola will still take your money as long as they only know.

When speaking to live chat straight after this occurred I did try to explain that having Autism makes it a bit harder for me to read any social situations, and the fact that the Host that banned me was a regular so much that I knew their legal spouse also works there as a chat host meant nothing, I asked how they dealt with disabilities, they have no answer, so they are not ASD friendly whatsoever, even though I have spoken in chat to players and hosts about my struggles.

I will just say this review isn't fabricated, I have all screen shots and screen recordings of everything I have mentioned, even the other users having to change their usernames, and I will post this at least 3 times on trust pilot, as I have more than one email with Tombola, and I will not have this removed, This is a GENIUNE customer experience, and I will not be removed.

Avoid Tombola, its not fun anymore, you cannot talk, and well, you do not win anything.

The same people or bots are winning time and time again?

Been a member for 15 year never won a jackpot on the site. The games are fun and easy to deposit. Did prefer it in the old days bigger free winning prizes. Favourite game was happy families. Do not like the super spins or free for all. The advent calander had bigger prizes years ago. Seems to be less big prizes won now and don't see many free 5pounds given out through out the year. So I have given it 3 as I haven't won 100 pound prize in years.

I understand you need to get in contact with players time to time ,but to suspend them from playing till they send all the documents you need to proff who the are ,when you were sent them when they joined up years ago

I would give them a zero if I could.I played the free games every day and won nothing and when I did they froze it straight away then put it to the normal screen saying you’ve already played today,try again. so I tried to get in touch them and they turned around to say that I hadn’t played since the 7th Emm excuse me I just played and won something and I played the other day so why are yous talking crap!!,,they never helped in the chat,was pretty disrespectful,so I’m on here to let people know that if you do win something it will be taken off straight away,they are nothing but scammers!!!!!,in my eyes yeah if you did get from them lucky you but i would not recommend them at all!!!

Been playing on tombola for many many years,I love it people do however moan a lot in chat rooms as they must forget it's gambling ,I know they say wins are not as often now ,however look how many people play on site now,I personally think it's great,set a limit though and just enjoy the games the chat the quizzes

Near impossible to win since the takeover. Can’t mention how hard it is to win in the chat because the hosts jump on you like a fly on s***! They are always really patronising speaking to people like little kids, then when you make a point about the “odds” you get back “have you tried another game?” Or “I know it’s frustrating when Lady Luck isn’t on your side” 🤣
And if you do have a miracle of a lucky run (anything over £100 in wins) makesure you are ready for account blocks time restrictions and for the “safe play team” to be hounding you!
They say that everyone has the same chance and that the games are random and purely based on luck, but if you go on the history of the game you will see that 99% of the wins are given to people playing 10p/25p bets with maybe the odd £1 bet winner chucked in once every 20 odd games.
Same as the bonus’-supposedly completely random and can come at any point- but once you have played for a few days you will notice the pattern.
For example in Reel- 2or 3 bonus games close together (2payed out to 10/25p buy ins with one payed out to a 50p or £1 buy in) then there won’t be a bonus for over 100 games- a tactic to make the higher stake players think it’s going to pay out big so they keep buying in holding out for bonus then over 100 games later bonus drops and it ALWAYS pays out on a 10p buy in! 🤣🤣 when I say they are raking in the money!! They can get away with claiming they give away “x” amount of bonuses to players without having to fork out because it’s always to minimal stakes!
They have dropped the amount of multiple jackpots across the site also!
I personally very rarely play the slots but whenever I have its near impossible to even win back your stake.

They also changed the way the game gives out free spins- used to accumulate a higher number of free spins the more days you played it reoccurring- it used to be 5 free spins every 7 days moving up to 10 and so on- I was up to 15 free spins every 7 days.. now you chose a box and are given 3 free spins every time!
The only good thing about this site now is the range of games and the interactive way to play them (being able to physically mark them off)-but that was all designed by the previous owners so no credit to the new owner!
They are slowly destroying what was once the top bingo site!

I've been a member on tombola for about 16 years but since 2022, when Flutter aquired tombola, the site has drastically gone downhill ... they've took everything away what made this site great ... arcade, especially slots, pays next to nothing anymore ... most games in the bingo are won by same people day in day out ... the only positive about tombola is the design of games and the variety of them so well done designers
