Recently joined I have played and watched can’t really give much of a review but have won a few times and spent far more than won, I know to a certain extent degree it’s about luck but I have noticed the same names wining and this makes me think something other is going on and not just luck maybe your algorithm needs tweaking. Going in chat rooms people are saying the same thing and being told to go away and take a break and study safe rules, otherwise I’ve had fun made some friends won a few time and enjoyed my time on the site

I had a win just over 3 weeks ago I deposit regular but I've noticed since I've had that win it's dead spins and not paying out anything just taking all my money it feels like they are taking the money I've won back same happened 6 years ago never won after a win for over a year just seems like it's a pattern once you win you don't get nothing back at all it's very frustrating as I can see how it's working once you win something not good I know you can't win all the time but I've noticed you win anything it's nothing back after.

Robbed out of bonus
As soon as I signed up and deposited £50. my account was immediately suspended and I couldn’t access it. For over 8 hours my account was repeatedly rejected when I tried to review it, I gave them all the evidence requested and more. I contacted support begging for a refund of my £50 considering I couldn’t even do anything after the deposit. As soon as they said they will refund me and the money will return in 3/5 days after me agreeing to forfeit the bonus my account was magically accepted. I feel scammed out of a bonus and I’m hoping I’ll get my £50 back at least. Avoid.

Been a customer for several years from the old days and it has gone rapidly downhill since Flutter took ownership, slots in your face on home page when these used to be seperate on tombola arcade. used to play bingo 90 a lot but cant stand that now, again slots in your face, its looking just like the other big name sites and is no longer unique such a shame. same names winning constantly it dosent matter what time of day or what day of the week them same names are always winning, you can open the chat and see the list of players in the game and you are resigned to knowing oh its them again , yawn.

Bad customer service
Is your customer service phoneline actually working? I’ve tried 5 times today. Ive been number 3 , 2 , or 1 in the queue and each time i have been subjected to 15/20 mins of the worlds worst tune ever on repeat and not had anyone answer. I am now having nightmares over the tune!

Antes era la mejor página que había desde que cambiaron sede se ha convertido en una estafa. Estoy de acuerdo con los comentarios anteriores, necesitarían una auditoría porque tiene una pinta de amaño que no hay por donde cogerlo. Es una pena que una página que funcionaba estupendamente, que desprendía buen rollo y ambiente familiar en el chat se haya convertido en esto. Gente quejándose, amenazas por parte de moderadores, premios inexistentes y un largo etcétera.
No he vuelto a meter ni un céntimo en esta pagina y recomiendo que a quien busque pasar un buen rato busqué otras opciones ya que este no es el sitio.

When I won a jackpot, they froze my account to initiate ‘safe play investigations’ allegedly for ’my own safety’. Account has now been frozen. Utter scammers.

hasta octubre del año pasado mi opinion era super buena, pero desde que cambiaron la sede a ceuta y despidieron al equipo que hizo que la empresa funcionase se fue todo a pique, contrataron a gente que no tiene ni idea de como funciona nada ni siquiera los juegos, no tienen saber estar ni tratan bien a los usuarios a la minima que digas algo que les molesta o simplemente les caigas mal te amenazan con echarte... y ya no hablemos de los premios, son inexistentes, metes 20 euros y no te da ni para jugar 1 hora es una vergüenza en lo que convirtieron esto

Tombola used to be so fun, you chatted away, you won a couple of quid here and there, and it was a nice local UK based firm with friendly NE Chat Moderators, now they are "Hosts" there is an AI bot in every chat learning their job to replace them, even though they're sadly so naive to see this, (Speaking from experience).
Tonight I got banned from Tombola Chat, for using the word "Divvy" twice, the "Host" who is a regular name decided to ban me, and Tombola's customer service also backed this.
Divvy.
Well, even though other users, one even in the game I was in dropped actual dictionary swear words, Divvy got me banned, when they let me back they will either just let me back, or as other uses have told me for actual serious offences they will make you change your username (but that's only for the Homophobic and Racists) Tombola will still take your money as long as they only know.
When speaking to live chat straight after this occurred I did try to explain that having Autism makes it a bit harder for me to read any social situations, and the fact that the Host that banned me was a regular so much that I knew their legal spouse also works there as a chat host meant nothing, I asked how they dealt with disabilities, they have no answer, so they are not ASD friendly whatsoever, even though I have spoken in chat to players and hosts about my struggles.
I will just say this review isn't fabricated, I have all screen shots and screen recordings of everything I have mentioned, even the other users having to change their usernames, and I will post this at least 3 times on trust pilot, as I have more than one email with Tombola, and I will not have this removed, This is a GENIUNE customer experience, and I will not be removed.
Avoid Tombola, its not fun anymore, you cannot talk, and well, you do not win anything.
