Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with us just now. All of our games are tested independently and we are licensed by the UK Gambling commission to ensure the games are fair and that all players have the same fair chance of winning. The results which the Random Number Generator we use produces cannot be pre-selected, manipulated or influenced, therefore the amount staked, whether a player withdraws or the length of time they have been a member has no influence whatsoever on your chances of winning. We would be happy to discuss this with you further. If you would like to contact Customer Service who are available 24/7 via email, live chat and freephone, we will be more than happy to help. Take care, team tombola

Keep saying they have 1 of the highest Rtp in the industry....they dont. They used to. The high jackpots skew it. You used to be able to play for a while with a small deposit, unfortunately thats now very unlikely. Dont just listen to me though, research it yourself from independant site reviewers, tombola is no longer recommended

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm sorry you're unhappy with the site at the moment. We do have one of the highest RTPs in the industry but the games are so popular that does mean lots of players are in for a chance of winning. If you would like to discuss this or anything account related further, please do get in touch with our customer service team. If you ever feel frustrated know that we also have many safeplay options within our site that can help you take breaks when it's no longer fun. Best of luck for your future games! Take care, team tombola

In my opinion one of the best online I love most of the games and my only negative would be getting to be too many games now, especially on the arcade side.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with tombola at the moment; your time on tombola should be fun and I'd like to help alleviate any concerns you may have.
Each game uses a Random Number Generator to produce the game result. The RNG is a completely random selection both with the allocation of tickets and the generation of the numbers called.
We understand it must be frustrating seeing familiar names winning and that this can seem unfair. tombola has tried to limit this perceived problem by publicising all of our winners of all games in history and the last 50 jackpot winners for each game on the winners page,
Some players do win more than once as a random selection is very different to an even share. An easy way to think of this is the action of flipping of a coin - you can get the same result multiple times - the previous result has no bearing on whether the next flip will be heads or tails. If we can help with anything else, please do get in touch. Take care, team tombola

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with us at the moment. We do have some of the most competitive return to player rates in the industry but, as with all gambling, no win is guaranteed. We do still want you to enjoy the games though and would urge you to consider taking a break if you're not enjoying your time with us. If you would like to discuss your account at all, please contact Customer Service who are available 24/7 via email, live chat and freephone. Take care, team tombola
Tombola as to be the worst online…
Tombola as to be the worst online gaming site I have ever come across , I played tombola arcades 3 months and then today 15-07-2026 played £40 on slots at £1 a spin .. won nothing . Reposted another £20 got a bonus round winners£2.37 deposited another £25 got a bonus round won £4.67 total win £7.04 p out of a deposit of £85 and that was swapping game to game . I’m not sure how there getting away with it . I write in the chat room how bad the site is and got banned . They won’t listen to negatives . The truths about how many people or losing . But the chat just is constantly ramming down our throats how many jackpot winners they are . Never anyone in the chat rooms always some random person . I wish someone Luke do a check on this company they are ripping customers off in plain sight. Please avoid you will never come off better . How can a slot game pay you 2.37 bonus round that you been waiting to drop for the last 30 mins . They need an inspection to make sure. There not stopping big wins . Avoid at all cost . A rip off company

Be very careful with this site the only good thing about this site it probably has the best platform, as of trying to get lucky don't bother, when you join reels you in with a little win then just takes takes takes I played on game more than 3000 times overtime and never walked away with a win and when reading up on this site I realised the last previous tax year they made £244 million, and I didn't no they are part of sky vagas, bottle line you won't win try Mecca better chances and you don't get CM saying maybe take a break when everyone in the chat is having a say.
