Tile matching
I needed to order some additional tile to match a previous order because we liked the tile so much, we decided to tile the rest of the house. TB was able to match the lot numbers and get us the tile we needed. They were easy to work with.

I purchased tiles for a project with a tight timeline, ordering well in advance based on their product info, which stated I should receive them in 10 days. After two weeks with no delivery, I called and was told that items don’t ship for 5 business days—yet my order still hadn’t shipped, and there was no communication on when it would.
When the tiles finally arrived, they were completely wrong. I contacted customer service immediately, provided all requested details, and repeatedly asked for an updated timeline—now facing project delays due to their mistake. They assured me my replacement order would be given "top priority" and that I would receive a shipping notification soon.
It has now been five more days, and I have yet to receive any shipping update. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. If you need tiles on a schedule, avoid TileBar at all costs!

Box full of cracked tiles and sent the wrong grout color that I of course did not realize was the wrong color until my tile was already grouted.

$1412.81 in products never received. No communication
Ordered tiles over a month ago on Nov 11 2024 and still did not receive anything yet (today is Dec 17).
They gave a tracking number that does not work. Unfortunately the company stopped replying to my emails, despite reaching out several times throughout November and December. So having to go through the bank to get my money back now.

Tile bar shipped tiles without any packaging. They arrived damaged. Tile bar is refusing to place the damaged tiles despite picture proof of cracked and shipped pieces.

Customer Service is friendly and knowledgeable.
I would have given a four rating because my samples order was delayed for quite a bit because not all of the samples were not available, however, when I reached out, I was told why they were holding it and trying to ship it all at once. I wish they would send what they have or give you the option to take part of the order and wait for the other, etc., without you having to call in. Because Customer Service has been so great and accommodating they had to receive a five

Really appreciated being able to get so many samples for our bathroom remodel. But ultimately, you didn't have enough of the one I wanted and didn't know when it would be back in stock...so it was disappointing.
