I’ve recently received nice samples but…
I’ve recently received nice samples but needed a few more to make a decision on my kitchen backsplash . Unfortunately the wrong tiles were shipped to me so I spoke to someone else who was very rude and did not actually send me the correct tiles I needed . The tiles were $34.99 a square foot . I asked if she could send me 4 because the previous customer service agent said she could but she sent me the wrong ones . The girl I last spoke with was rude and snarky and never sent me the tiles so I ordered them from somewhere else .

Amazing selection and a good price variety. I wish shipping were faster but that's my only complaint.

Everything about my experience was wonderful! I received tile samples quickly, designer consults and responsiveness were exemplary, price was very good, and the final project was more beautiful than I expected. I have already recommended TileBar to others, and I will use them for my next project.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Charity
Charity took the time to help me find the perfect tile. She then kept my quote active for a few months as we waited to start our project since we had no ability to store the product. Then, when she saw the inventory beginning to get low, she contacted me to let me know. She is truly the “star of the bar”!

We loved working with tile bar. We absolutely love our tiles, which we used for kitchen backsplash. We also ordered white grout. The guys that did the install were really impressed with the tiles. I was hesitant to order tiles online in fear of a bunch of broken tiles arriving, but they were perfectly intact. Super well packed and not one tile broken upon arrival. I highly recommend tile bar!

Our Tilebar designer, Angelika did a great job of picking out the right tile colors and designs to work perfectly with the rest of the bathroom fixtures, etc. I highly recommend using them. Their customer service is also excellent since they were courteous, prompt and answered all of my questions.
