Great customer service for a first time user posting a ticketed event. The platform was a little clunky for me to figure out but when I reached out to customer support to ask questions, they answered so quickly!!

I had an issue with purchasing the wrong tickets and contacted support for help. The team responded quickly, clearly explained the steps I needed to take, and guided me through the process in a very professional and friendly way.
