Official warranty card
The purchase was easy and product as expected but disappointed official warranty card has been removed which makes total product package incomplete - I called to request card be forwarded after the guaranteed 2 year warranty period expires and trust this will be honoured - I can see no good reason why this practice is administered in the first instance and recommend it desists

Good to deal with
Tom and the team at Watch Source were very good to deal with. Whilst I chose not to keep the watch that I ordered from them, they gave me a full refund with no hassle. Would buy from them again.

The Watch was ordered as a birthday …
The Watch was ordered as a birthday present. The Watch had a 14-28 day delivery and the birthday was 30 days from the order placement date. Delivery was received 44 days and it missed the Birthday for which it was purchased. This after chasing The Watch Source for three weeks.
Communication was only provided when chased and in general the service was not a great experience but the price was good. Overall I would purchase from The Watch Source again but not if the delivery reliability of the Watch was important.

They were extremely helpful for ensuring my watch got delievered to me before I headed overseas for my wedding (as it was my husbands wedding gift!). with a few days to spare! I can not rate them high enough!

Substantial saving - recommended seller
The watch I wanted but with a substantial saving over high street prices. It was not in stock but arrived within the delivery time given. No issues what so ever, kept informed throughout. Thought it might turn out to be too good to be true but everything was perfect.
