Excellent communication and customer service, when I needed to adjust the watch strap, they didn't have the part in the office and made a special trip to my house to make sure all was perfect.

Breitling Super Avenger 2
I ordered a Breitling Super Avenger 2 in April'17. After waiting about 3-4 weeks without any communication from TWS, I emailed them. They promptly replied that the watch has been sourced and should only be another week or two before delivery. It did finally arrive around that time. I was very impressed when it did. It was / is the genuine article. Completely brand new, beautifully boxed up with all the papers (including certificate and serial nbr.), tags, etc.
4 stars only because there was no initial communication, otherwise 5 out of 5.

I would recommend this company. I have ordered from them three times now and only once was the watch delivered slightly outside their window and I was informed by the company that this would be the case. In all cases watches have been excellently packaged.

1st time customer and very impressed. I ordered an Oris diver 65 and it arrived very well packaged in the oem box with all required paperwork. Quick delivery too, only took a week and it wasn't in stock. Would definitely use these guys again.
