Excellent firm to deal with. My questions were answered really quickly, the timescale between ordering and receiving the watch was well within their estimated timescale and the price was the best out there. No hesitation in recommending The Watch Source

Good price paid for the watch, and good communication from seller. The watch came in quick time and in great condition but did not come with a warranty card.

Having bought a watch from here, I would not do so again.

While I have no issue with the delivery or quality of the watch, this company will not supply you with the original paperwork, and thus is a much more significant problem than it might seem.

If there is a problem with the watch then you have to return it here - if you live too far away to do so in person, then you have to find a way to insure it during shipment, for a 8k watch that's almost impossible.
They offer a 2 year warranty, but the watch I bought came with an 8 year warranty, which they would not match.
If you later wish to sell the watch, the lack of papers will significantly reduce its market value.

Other grey market suppliers will give you valid paperwork, go with those instead.

Fantastic price saved over £700 for my new Breitling Superocean Heritage, ordered the watch late Friday night and it arrive by royal mail Wednesday morning.

Bought an Omega for the wife via BFPO. I had read the online reviews and still a little hesitant. However, when it comes to a tax free Omega, I took the plunge.

Lee kept me up to date with what was going on as things progress. Waited a little over 3 weeks for the watch and it’s beautiful.

Can’t fault Lee at The Watch Source and I’ll happily say I will purchase another watch from them in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and my experience.

I ordered my watch on a Monday (Omega Seamaster 300m) and it arrived with me (special delivery) that Thursday. The team let me know the tracking number as soon as they had posted it. I will admit I was anxious of buying through an online company and did my research. There communication is great and the watch is everything I hoped it would be.

I have treated myself to my first expensive watch. I searched the internet for the best deal and most trusted supplier. I sent quite a lot of money by bank transfer and was reassured to receive email confirmation of the order. I asked for the strap to be adjusted for my wrist. And I waited.....

The watch arrived sooner than expected, fits perfectly and looks wonderful and came at the right price. What more can you ask for?

After months of admiring a Green Oris Aquis in the window of my local Jewellers, i decided to go in with the intention to buy. However I was told the smaller 39.5 case size I wanted was no longer available in that colour. I tried various other high street jewellers and was told the same story. Cautiously I did a web search for that particular model and was given a link to the Watch Source. It listed the exact watch I wanted and was offered at a slight discount. At first I was unsure whether to purchase online but as it was my only option I decided to go ahead. I placed the order using the option to pay partially interest free which was a nice bonus. The next day i received a confirmation email from Lee that the watch had been sourced and confirmed and to await delivery. Four days later I recieved an email to say the watch had been despatched by Special delivery Royal Mail. The next day it had been delivered well packaged. I am now the owner of a beautiful watch I thought I could no longer buy. Just like to say thank you very much to the Watch Source for finding the watch and the excellent service. Would definately recommend.

Excellent service from a very professional team. The watch, which was ear marked as a gift, arrived on time, although I felt I was riding my luck a little because I placed my order so close to the date required!
It took me a while to find them but Watch Source will be my go-to company for any future watches I might want.

Ordered a Longines ( older model) and changed my mind for the new model within a few days. I was told no problem but would take a while longer. The lovely hydroconquest watch arrived after I paid the difference and I am more than satisfied. The service is great and the discount you get more than justifies your patience, they have to be sourced after all. Staff friendly and obliging. Highly recommended.

Ordered Omega 300M watch today from these guys. When I placed the order it was very clearly shown as being in stock and with a 10% discount to MRRP. Lo and behold the confirmation came through and it said that they would be sending the tracking information in a few weeks. I emailed to complain as I wouldn't have ordered had it not been in stock. They claimed they had sold their stock item this morning and had updated website before my order and basically accused me of lying. Order cancelled!! I will not shop with any firm that calls its customers liars no matter the price.
