Bought a rare watch from this company and directly through Lee only 2 years ago. Now, contacted them to sell my 3 watch collection, all top, rare, classic Swiss timepieces. The offer was 50% of the original price paid BEFORE the vat. Ie. An 18k watch was sold for less than 7k. Call it capitalism or business I saw it as an insult but went ahead as I needed the funds elsewhere.
2 months later - no receipt. The bank asked me for a confirmation of source of funds - he’s not in the office on Friday (picking up his daughter from school, ok…) no number to call him directly and no cooperation from the “office”.
An email then received with a pathetic letter saying they bought the watches from me. No reference number, no invoice number, no real official confirmation. Just a pdf letter you or I can produce and attract more attention of a counterfeit or illegal source of funds…
To my dismay he responded 3 days later (!) “That is a “proper” receipt, if your mortgage lender is unhappy please have them contact me”
I call again on Tuesday asking for Lee again, and again he’s not in the “office”.
May I have his mobile number? NO.
May he call me back? NO
May I receive a receipt please? YOU ALREADY GOT ONE.
Is that a believable scenario for a watch seller/ buyer in the UK?
Would you trust them with your precious timepieces?

Ordered my first Tag through these guys and girls. They were super quick with communicating with me, responded to emails and any questions I had very fast! The watch came quicker than stated! It’s well presented and perfect! It comes with their 2 year warranty which I’m more than happy with for a quartz watch! Once again guys thank you so much! Highly recommend!

The delivery was well before the expected time, which was very welcome. The watch was as described with original documents. I chose to collect from TWS offices. I was greeted by Laura and Lee. Discussing with both, their passion about watches was evident. It is always good to know the people you are dealing with particularly when it relates to luxury goods. Having researched before buying I can confirm that for this purchase TWS had the best price by fair margin. I would recommend this retailer and will most probably be buying from them again.

I have been dealing with Lee and the team at TWS since 2012 when I purchased my Jacob & Co. I have since gone on to purchase all of my other time pieces from TWS and even been guided in how to build my watch collection, acquiring some very sort after watches at a fair price. I would say I consider Lee and his team to have become good friends over the years. TWS always look after me and those I recommend are always very happy. They never sweat the small stuff, always happy to humor my latest watch fascination or rant about rolex (haha)

In short, 100% recommended. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my purchases, and haven't for a decade.

I had owned my Omega since 2007 and sought to change it for a new or almost new Bretling, using the Omega as a "trade in". Enquiries with some high street "big names" proved underwhelming! Finding an almost new Breitling advertised by the Watch Source my enquiry was promptly responded to and a very fair exchange offered. I placed a last minute order for the Oris Aquis Chronograph for my partner's birthday and needed the watch to arrive by a certain date. I was absolutely delighted to receive it so promptly. The watch was beautiful, brand new, as you would expected from a reputable dealer, and at a 15% discount!!!. What more would you ask for? I am a very satisfied customer and will be certainly returning to TWS again.

The customer service from the watch source is quite appalling. I bought a watch that lasted 6 months. Now it’s broken and the watch source wants many 1000’s to repair. Stay clear

I purchased a Breitling super ocean heritage in September last year. I wore the watch very little and has recently needed to go in for repair. what you find out in the small print is that you will not get a proper warranty card instead they will state that they cover the warranty. however 2 months after sending the watch back there is still no update on when my watch will be repaired. At no point are they prepared to chase up or provide any regular updates. If anything goes wrong with your watch you will regret having to deal with this company

Excellent communication throughout the process of purchasing. Had an issue where there were some light scratches on my watch that I received but there was no hassle returning and getting it sorted out. Very happy with the product in the end, my only slight concern and why 4 stars have been given is that there is no way of obtaining any certification to confirm the product is genuine although I have absolutely no doubts that it is.

Massive shout out to Lee who responded to all emails and was a huge help from start to finish.
