For the item yes I will give you five stars.. For the Delivery of the parcel, sorry I would only give one star.. Yes I did get the parcel,, but I had to go around the side of the house to where the bins were to retrieve the parcel... Nobody knocked the door or rung the door bell just chucked it at the side of the house & went... It wasn't until I saw the picture as to where the parcel was... Sorry but it's not good enough.. Waiting in all day for them to just chuck the item to the side of the house.... What is the price for good quality delivery these days... 🙁🙁

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the item and its quality, but we’re genuinely sorry about your delivery experience.
Your parcel should never have been left in that way without someone knocking or ringing the doorbell, especially when you were waiting in for it. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to the delivery team, as this is not the standard of service we expect our customers to receive.
