Poor
Ordered Renshaws ready to roll white icing. Arrived, opened and on box it said Fondant icing. Which it did not say on the website if it had I would not have ordered. So that’s against the trade descriptions act. Returned and requested a refund asap. Have not recieved to date. Went elsewhere to re order white royal icing. Fondant icing not for wedding cakes.

Hi Beverly, Renshaw ready to roll icing is a sugar paste designed for use on Wedding cakes. This is exactly what it was designed for. The extra stands for the elastic stretch that is built into the product to help drape over large cakes. Fondant is an American word used to describe sugarpaste but it is exactly the same thing. The boxes have recently been updated to say Fondant but it is still ready-to-roll sugarpaste. The product you wanted to buy, "Royal Icing" is a completely different product and has nothing to do with sugarpaste. We stock various brands of royal icing in powder form and ready-mixed. You have misunderstood the difference between these products. Renshaw Extra is a very popular product that we sell every day to Wedding cake makers. Royal icing is a specialist product that is not so widley used. Your review says that fondant icing is not for wedding cakes which is not correct. You have ordered the wrong product and are now stating incorrect facts about the product you bought.

Last minute panic left to find tricky sized cake boxes. Brain overloaded with cake, sizes, transport and a million other things. So, called Vanilla Valley for help and could not have had a more helpful young lady. She was brilliant, reassuring and calm. Thank you so much for sorting me out and getting the boxes to me double quick. Highly recommend.

Great range of products and good prices. Dropped a star because the packaging is getting very flimsy. One side of the box had a huge hole, luckily everything was still inside.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with our range of products and prices. 💕
We’re very sorry about the condition of your packaging. A large hole in the box is certainly not how your order should arrive, even though we’re glad everything was still safely inside.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll share your feedback with our team, particularly regarding the packaging becoming less sturdy, as we’re always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for your honest feedback! 🙏
Box quality was perfect but I didn’t…
Box quality was perfect but I didn’t like cake drum’s quality the paper is not covering all side of drum top part is like sticker and it the sticker edges makes difficult when you are working with buttercream 😔

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you were happy with the quality of the boxes. 💕
We’re sorry to hear that the cake drum didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand how the exposed sticker edges can make working with buttercream more difficult, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Your feedback is very valuable to us. All of the traditional cake drums have a join around the top edge, this is the way they are manufactured. If you want a board that is fully wrapped I would recommend using one of our masonite boards.
Thank you again for taking the time to let us know. 🙏
Brilliant service
