Hello Mabel,
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Your order was placed using our standard delivery service, which can take 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed. Today is the 5th working day, so your order is still within the expected delivery time frame.
We have had no previous contact from you regarding this, so unfortunately we were not aware of any potential delay. The courier does not notify us of individual delivery delays, so we would only become aware of an issue once a customer gets in touch with us.
I can see that your order was dispatched on 2nd October, and we have now raised this with the courier to investigate. A member of our customer service team will also be in touch with you via email to help resolve this if necessary.
We apologise for any concern caused and appreciate your patience. We hope your order arrives shortly, but we will continue to assist in getting this resolved if it does not arrive within the expected time frame.
