Just took delivery of two COOLER MEMORY FOAM TOPPER WITH COOLING ZIP COVER. Not at all convinced they are made with real memory foam as it doesn’t retain any pattern when depressed. Just seems like a standard open-cell foam with a blue swirl pattern.

Easy to order and really quick delivery. Mattress is comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Great mattresses. We bough an Ikea Hemnes day bed but the standard mattresses are really thin. I didn't want a bulky mattress topper so opted for the 200x80 mattress from The Sleep People. I'm really impressed with the quality, the thickness and the comfort of the mattresses, it makes the bed far more comfortable to sleep on. The delivery was quick and they were well packaged and reasonably priced.

The mattress came much sooner than expected and was delivered in a way that was convenient. The mattress appears to be very good quality and is comfortable.

Mattress was very very well priced. Quick delivery and very comfortable. Wasn’t easy to find an European king mattress in the UK!

I paid for next day delivery and choose to order from The Sleep People limited because of the quick turnaround , it actually came a day later than the advertised free delivery I was offered at checkout.

I contacted customer services to ask for refund of my delivery charge as it took longer than their free delivery to which Jade replied , omitting to answer my question just telling me it had just been delivered . Obviously I knew that , that wasn’t what I had asked . She didn’t acknowledge the content of my email at all , totally ignored it .

An explanation to a question is a basic requirement for customer Service surely .
Not impressed as it comes across as disinterested and rude .

Cannot comment on the mattress as I haven't received it yet.
Delivery date was given for the 30-31st, on the website (ordered via B&Q) when i checked status of Delivery via DHL it stated it had been delayed.
My issue is if you cannot guarantee delivery for the dates you state on the website then you should not advertise them, I feel when you are looking for a product then a date of delivery is a big pull factor.

Bed is beautiful, made and handled with care, exquisite quality for the price, don’t worry about being scammed, these guys deliver, just amazing.

Excellent service. It would have been 5 star if you hadn't folded the topper in half, I realise it's about shipping cost, but it's been over a week and we are only now able to use it as the fold was so prominent for so long

I'm still waiting for my order.

It was a very easy and speedy transaction the mattress came within five days and it is lovely. No harsh smells nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The mattress was a good price and the measurements were accurate (as it is an odd sized bed). I was particularly pleased with the delivery as the delivery man carried the mattress up the stairs and put it in the required bedroom. This would have been difficult for me to do as I'm unsteady on my feet. It was also delivered when I expected

natural materials are good. I hope that the bed truly is free from toxic glues and chemicals like formaldehyde and VOC's which tbh I feel ALL beds should be free of.
I personally think it should be put into law that no beds are made with harmful chemicals, toxic glues and critically have no off-gassing VOC's, as I previously bought a foam bed bought from Amazon and the off-gassing VOC's were so bad it accutely poisoned me. I'm an adult, I can't imagine what that could have done to a young child/infant...it could have killed them.
That said I've had no off-gassing thankfully from your bed. The only issue I have is that I'd have preferred it to be a bit firmer, it's a bit too soft.
