I ordered 2 bra tops and a matching pair of pants in Nov. I received them in Jan. I could not get either bra on.
I contacted them to be told that they were made to measure and should fit. 1 had more stretch, so I got my son to help me to stretch it some more by pulling it between us, then I managed to get it on. The second one did not have any give. So I requested a return. I returned it. Waited the 2 months for the replacement. It never arrived, I contacted the company to be told that they had not received the return. I sent them the tracking info, proof of delivery and signature. They said they didn't receive it and will not replace or refund. This is unacceptable as they clearly have issues with sizing as previous comments show.

Lovely made great prints....only thing is the sizing of the cups I find them on the small size. But buy the size up and its perfect.

I ordered the crow and rose bra a couple of weeks ago. Took a little while to arrive but understandable as I know it is hand made. When it arrived it was beautifully made and came with free gifts. The only big issue is it didn't fit. There wasn't much stretch and I could barely get it on. Once it was on it was very comfortable and then I struggled to get it off. I did use the measuring guide and was recommended the 26c/d which is the one I got. I have found it frustrating as it was expensive. I do think the bras are nice but maybe just be careful with the sizing.

Absolutely love this company. I have been buying from them since they were Wilde Mode.
I absolutely love their underwear and clothing. The bras and the knickers are my favourite. As a big boobed lady, their bras keep me all tucked in (unlike other brands) and I feel supported without any clasps anywhere to be seen. I can comfortably wear the bras all day and I don't rush home to whip them off as soon as possible! The materials they use do not irritate me at all and I am so glad I found Debz and her team.
Customer service has been excellent and all questions asked have been answered promptly in a warm professional tone.
I also love the little postcards she includes with the order which have life affirming messages printed on them. I often keep them and use them as bookmarks for when I need a pick me up! Some really lovely touches which set Debz and her team apart.
I have also bought sweatshirts, scrunchies, bathing costumes and slouchy pyjama bottoms from here and I love them all. I can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely worth every penny!
I am looking forward to what's next from 'Designed by Debz' and wish her and her team every success in the future.

Beautiful bras made to measure very pleased with the quality.

I had to wait for my underwear to be made, but this is a sustainable brand, not fast fashion and they most certainly don’t contribute to the mountain of clothing in landfill.
As with last time, the bra and pants were well made, seams matching up properly etc. The fabric was good quality and sensory friendly. The customer service is fab. If you’re not sure on sizing or styles, drop them a line or ask on social media and you’ll get a quick response.
Prices are reasonable, not fast fashion cheap but still affordable and you’re supporting a small business that makes their own products in the UK.

I followed the sizing guidelines on their website and watched their video on how to measure myself and ordered bra according to their instructions including paying extra for adjustable straps. Despite this, the bra - after taking ages to arrive- still did not fit well.
I reached out and they started off communication strong advising they could send me another one if I returned this one at my cost and then advised I would also need to pay a surcharge fee for them to make another one. It felt cheeky being asked to pay more when i followed their sizing advice but I agreed because what am I going to do with a bra that doesn't fit and I was looking forward to having the advertised comfy bra with cute fabric. So I posted the bra back with RM T48 hr. Then never heard from them again. A couple weeks later I reached out again asking for next steps and they advised they could not find the returned bra and asked for proof of postage. I supplied proof of postage but realised unfortunetly did not have a tracking number on the reciept. So now to be fair to them I don't know if they lost it or if royal mail lost it - but the last message was them checking return address because they moved and they have now just stopped communicating with me to find a resolution and the end result is I am left £50 out of pocket with no bra. Not very happy.

Love the clothes and that its so size unclusive. The patterns are fab too.

EDIT IN REPLY: I tried on ONE. The white one. The one I did not return. The one that's sat in my cupboard unable to be worn.

Oh and the multiple returns was because your size guide was dodgy. You're welcome for the fact I was honest enough to send the duplicate order back too, at my own expense.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a few bras June 2025, after following their size guide to the letter. When they eventually arrived, they didn't fit. I tried one on and it felt awful. Total sensory nightmare and no support. Also difficult to get on as a disabled person although I do recognise that's a me issue. Tag fell off the one I tried. Returned the rest for a credit note, but struggled to find anything as I didn't want to risk ordering their underwear again. Finally ordered a sweatshirt, zip hoodie and a pair of trousers. After a bit the order was cancelled and refunded. I contacted via WhatsApp asking what was going on to be told the order was being split for some reason, something about some items coming from Lithuania? Again, followed the size guide and again nothing fit. Sweatshirt was polyester and felt really rubbish quality and the trousers were ridiculously huge. It was a bit odd, I actually received part of the order twice. Asked about returning to be told I would be allowed a straight exchange only. I asked about a credit note and was ignored. Sent it back to be given a credit again. Struggled A LOT to find anything. Not much was cotton and it was hard to find what was on the site. Most cotton things also had the Wilde Mode logo, which I wasn't interested in. Messaged a few times asking for help finding what items were cotton but didn't have any joy. Flood happens, business rebrands. Ok. Kept looking for something to buy. Messaged them yesterday about selling the credit note on to someone else as I had previously been told they were non transferable. Received an email today to say that since the business has been renamed, then the credit note is now worthless and can't be used! Essentially, Debz has kept nearly £140 of my money. Money I could actually use. Oh and I got great sports bras/crop tops from Tesco.

Fantastic brilliant designs, love the fantasy dragons and fantasy fairy designs. Fit perfectly, great for people with big bust boobs! Love them so much thank you

I bought two Comfort Chest Binder Alternative and I'm super happy with them. The fit is perfect and the designs are amazing. As expected, it doesn't make the chest as flat as a real binder, but certainly much flatter than a normal bra. The Comfort Chest Binder Alternative is very comfortable and can easily be worn all day. It makes me happy and gives me body euphoria.

I've ordered many times from Wilde Mode - & am looking forward to supporting their new venture 'Designed by Debz' :)

I’ve bought multiple pieces from this company and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. As someone with awkward measurements, I really appreciate that every item is handmade to your specific sizing, which makes such a difference to the fit.
The quality is absolutely lush, and everything washes really well too, which is always a bonus. On top of that, the fabrics are incredibly sensory-friendly and comfortable. I practically live in these pieces, they’ve become staples in my wardrobe.
If you’re looking for well-made, comfortable clothing that actually fits properly, this company is fantastic and so friendly.

Rather loose and formless. Good as a sleep bra. Took a while to come. By comparison with other companies. No choice of fabric is a distinct disadvantage.

Most Comfortable bra i have ever put on . Bit of a wait but it was well worth hope to get another one soon
