Received the sandals that I ordered in speedy time. Sadly they did not fit my little girl so returned them and got a refund in quick time also!

I got the Scandi patterned puzzle play…
I got the Scandi patterned puzzle play mat in rose and absolutely love it! It goes well in the play room, was super quick to put together and is so easy to clean. Definitely recommend for additional help on crawling.

Shipping is VERY expensive to the USA…
Shipping is VERY expensive to the USA and despite paying $50 for shipping alone, there is no ETA on when your items will arrive. You just wait and see.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry that you feel the shipping costs to the US are expensive, we do attempt to find the cheapest and most reliable couriers to ship our orders and we do not make any profit from out shipping costs. Unfortunately some of the parcels are held up at customs and this delay is out of our control, once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking link so you can monitor your parcels movements.

Return cost me significantly
Cost me £11, over 25% of the total value of the product (sebra nursery rug) to return. I didn’t know there was no free return policy as kept all previous items but this will make me think twice before ordering from this company in the future.

Awful costumer experience
Awful costumer experience! They sent me the Water Run from @plumplayuk with missing pieces, faulty and not usable. It's over two weeks now and no solution or interest in solving in any way this order. Yet has been sent loads of spam mails with promotios. Definitely don't recommend this shop!

Packaging let the order down.
The turn around from order to delivery as amazing, it was quick and gratefully recieved.
Unfortunately the packaging on the box my miffy night light came in was just black cling film around it, so the box was in a terrible state my the time I got it.
Luckily the lamp wasn't a pressie so it didn't matter, but really for the £100+ I paid for the item, you would hope for better packaging

Worst experience ever
Please do not reply to my review to tell me someone has emailed me, when your company hasn’t got back to me in weeks or resolved the issue. That is all just to fake that you provide customer service. I am getting really upset and annoyed. I want a refund for my faulty product.

Product range is good but items were…
Product range is good but items were suggested to add into my basket that I didn’t want. When I placed my order, items from an old basket/different browser were still there and I ended up over ordering.
I immediately asked to cancel, but 3 days later was told it was too late. Delivery wasn’t particularly quick and the returns were quite difficult. It’s put me off ordering from The ModernNursery again.
