Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The items I ordered were well packaged and arrived in good condition. Haven’t yet sampled the goods so can’t report on quality but certainly looks good.

Excellent fish; efficacious problem solving!
The fish/seafood is always excellent quality. This time there was a hiccup to do with packaging/shipping, which The Fish Society was extremely quick and helpful in remedying.

Superb hake
Prompt delivery, good communications, nice compact box, hake absolutely delicious. Coquilles Saint Jacque nice too, and handy ready prepared as a starter.

DPD were unable to deliver next day so…
DPD were unable to deliver next day so two days on the contents were still ice cold with minimal thawing. It was so well packed that although the dry ice packets were empty and the box was showing signs of wetness, the contents did not spoil. Very impressed.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service when I phoned up prior to placing an order was exceptional. Such a helpful lady on the phone more than happy to offer advice on Sushi making which I had never done before as well as how to handle the fish on arrival depending on when we were looking to use it.
Cannot fault them at all and having the ability to choose a "before 1pm" courier slot was also a real bonus.
The fish itself was delicious and the amount supplied alongside the kit in the bundle was perfect.
I'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend anyone else to as well!

Huge range of excellent sea food
Huge range of excellent sea food! I love the king prawns! Made some of the best fish and chips from their cod fillets! I like the promotions for subscribers. You’ll save far more than the £5 a month membership costs.
Highly recommended. Oh and delivery is very fast!

First time buyer
This was a replacement order due to courier issues - this arrived with no issues.
There was no snowcrab which was disappointing but theydid call me to offer me the option of a further delivery the following week or a refund.
I opted for another delivery and look forwards to my crab!
Have only tried the smoked haddock so far which was beautiful
