Fantastic customer support! and very quick to fix/dispatch the repaired drone.
Always in contact and ready to answer any questions, every update of the repair was emailed to me, would definantly recommend these guys to anyone who has drone problems!

Dreadful
Dreadful; dropped the drone off for a service and told them when I’d collect. Arrived and realised that they hadn’t looked at it - waited, paid, got home and realised that they hadn’t updated the software! A phone call later I was told that an update was usually part of the service but as ‘I was in a hurry’ they missed it off - although they still charged me the full price. I would never go back!

Drone arrived with us and was inspected, and estimate for repair emailed. The customer arrived to collect the drone before the repair was completed and before normal notification of it being ready for collection.
We completed the repair whilst the customer waited so they could take it with them, but the firmware upgrade was unfortunately missed.
Once the customer identified to us that the firmware was not done, we offered to complete the update whilst the customer waited, but no response was given until this review.
We are still happy to update the drone for the customer

I ordered a DJI Mavic air drone in black onyx after the weekend drone Worx contacted me to say the black onyx was out of stock. Funny as when I purchased it it was in stock this why I can only give a two star rating. Drone Worx you should update website with out of stocks. On a good note after I agreed to take a white Mavic smooth delivery and I time.

Repair to my Mavic Pro was covered with my insurance with Photoguard who arranged it with Drone Worx. The whole process was handled professionally bt Drone Worx - collection and return - and the repair itself. Thoroughly recommended

My phantom 4 had charging problems…
My phantom 4 had charging problems didn't quite know what to do so I Google and came across the drone worx sent an email saying my problem they sent me a label to send to them .the guys are very helpful, friendly great communication between me and them they give updates on what there doing. Fantastic service I would recommend the drone worx to anyone with drones brilliant many thanks
