You brought your drone into us for repair, at the time of booking it in you stated what you thought was the issue. After an initial inspection we communicated with you that we would need to strip some parts of the drone down to confirm what the problem was and make sure nothing else could be causing an issue. At this point the cost of the work was given and you agreed for that work to be carried out.
The fault was confirmed by us after stripping the drone down and testing. You then decided not to continue with the repair and collected your drone.
Not sure at what point this is deemed as a "Rip-Off", all work was quoted for before it carried out and all work was agreed.
Ordered Phantom 4 Blades on express…
Ordered Phantom 4 Blades on express delivery and 7 days later hadn't arrived. Phoned and seems the delivery was lost in transit so not really there fault. Didn't have any other blades to send me which was annoying but the man I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and very nice. Just annoying I couldn't get the blades I needed.

Quick and efficient with great communication
Had an accident with my drone, and must say the service was excellent. Very quick turnaround and had the drone back in less than two weeks. Also kept up to date with how things were progressing. Hopefully won't need to come back, but know where to come if I do!

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, was waiting for weeks for an answer.Ordered my item on the 20th of December, today is the 3rd of February and still no sign of my order. If something is not in the stock, you shouldn"t take payments for it, so people can buy it from somewhere where they have it in stock.

We are sorry the item is not with you yet, as we have emailed to you, the Mavic Mini was advertised as preorder with an estimated date on our website when you placed your order
DJI have not managed to ship any as of yet to the uk distributors or retailers due to higher than expected demand, a national holiday and now restrictions and closures due to the corona virus, all of which are out of our control. As soon as we have news of shipment we will let you know.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us for details on how to do this as your payments are to the finance company you used and not direct to ourselves.

My honest experience was;
These guys are ultra professional, fast, efficient and courteous.
Despite it being over Christmas they had my wrecked Mavic pro 2 fixed and teeth red within just a few days.
Would definitely recommend and if I’m unfortunate enough to have another incident I’d use them again without fail.

Great Job.
My Mavic Pro was having all sorts of issues and I tried in vain to repair it myself. I sent it to The Drone Worx who constantly updated me on progress and always sought permission to continue with the repair. A very simple straightforward send and receive service. An excellent job done. I'm back in the air and it's all down to the The Drone Worx. I hope I don't need their services again but will not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Great drone, arrived quickly
Great drone that I could buy with interest free credit. Came really quickly too. Only thing was I was no email confirmation from the Drone Worx that I’d bought it or that it was being sent (but I did get emails from the interest free credit company) so I was reassured.

Lovely people, terrible service
Lovely people, nice responses and staff but sadly left me out of pocket on an insurance job by not thoroughly inspecting my drone's camera, telling me I 'may need to change it in the future' when the camera needed replacing immediately and found out whilst on the first gig.
This was me supporting local businesses and going out of my way to try to establish a network. I would strongly suggest going to manufacturer directly because this company doesn't compensate and did not care.
I strongly suggest you avoid.

Im sorry to read that you are not happy, as per below, we identified the gimbal was damaged, but you chose not to go ahead with that repair as it was working at the time, we indicated that it may fail in the future, but could not give a timescale, it worked for a number of flights as detailed below before you unfortunately had the error we detailed may happen.
As previously discussed, following our repair and testing, the drone has been transported from the UK to Mauritius.
Looking at the logs you sent us, we can see that you had 4 successful flights on the 3rd October before a gimbal stuck message came up on the first flight on the 4th October. A second flight was taken after the gimbal stuck message had been shown. It would not have been advisable to make 6 flights if the drone had presented gimbal problems from the first flight onward although I can appreciate that you would have wanted to get footage of your location.
When the drone came in we were not aware that this repair was being submitted as an insurance claim and that you would not be bearing the cost yourself, it was just sent in as a private repair. When we issued the estimate on the 30th Aug we wrote clearly on the email that there was damage to the gimbal unit and that this could be replaced for you at additional cost if you wanted us to however in our opinion, and from the tests we had performed, it was not affecting it's normal operation but may fail in the future as per the quote below. With this being a private repair, as far as we were aware at this point, why we gave the option of additional repairs and their associated costs.
"There is also damage on the gimbal housing which isn't effecting performance of the gimbal but may fail in the future so if you wish we can also replace this." and gave you the costings
The response we got back from this email on the 3rd Sept was that you had already sent the estimate off to your insurance company.
There was no acknowledgement or mention of the gimbal replacement note and as such, without an authorisation to replace that along with approval of the additional cost we would not then just add it to your repair and invoice. If you were aware that the gimbal unit was damaged prior to sending it in then this would have been a key point to respond to given you knew that you needed to submit this to an insurance claim
Amazing service and very helpful
These guys fixed my Mavic Pro 2 in no time and kept the price very affordable, wouldn't hesitate to use again.
