Absolutely fantastic! I'm probably coming from this at a different angle (although not read previous reviews) but as a single parent with no family, I don't get any presents, so for me ordering this actually feels like santa has visited! It's genuine surprises (tailored to me), for me to unwrap, in front of my kids! X

My sister-in-law died a month before Christmas and I wanted to do something different for my husband as the death hit him hard. I decided to treat us both to a surprise secret santa. I picked the basic package and had them wrapped and the 2 sacks arrived in a large box, with our names on. To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect but as it got nearer to Christmas I started to feel quite excited. I was 56 at the time and for a mad moment I felt the old excitement from when I was a kid, that giddiness you feel, and it's been years since I've felt that feeling. It cheered us both up after what had been a horrible few weeks. I got a jigsaw, make up, pens, sweets, toiletries etc....it was just simple stuff (which I have used lol) but it made such a difference. I absolutely love Christmas but sometimes when you get older you realise the best ones are long gone, and for the price of a small secret santa sack I got a taste of Christmas past. I'm definitely getting them again this year, and my husband agrees. So thank you santa!!

I highly recommend Santa Sorted, if I could I would buy now for next Christmas, I got four sacks two adults one teen boy and one tween girl, everyone was delighted with the selection of gifts in the sacks, good quality and some lovey touch’s such as a letter from Santa and lovely soft blankets and teddy’s. Definitely good value for money and excellent communication and delivery times

For Christmas, my spouse and I decided to surprise each other with this gift, as we always struggle to find the right present for one another. It brought a fresh thrill to our holiday, since neither of us knew what the other had picked. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and we've now decided this will be our Christmas custom for as long as these gift bags are available!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gifts. Our choices were followed completely and special care had been taken from the comments we left about our autistic son. The letter from Santa was a lovely touch. I'll be ordering again next year.

The Stocking/sacks were brilliant, wrapped beautifully and for a busy working Dad who with a disabled wife and 2 disabled children it was a game changer. Thank you, you saved me hours of work

I ordered two of the premium stockings wrapped and was really impressed with thought put in to the quality and range of the gifts. Granted it’s not as personalised as one you have done for someone yourself but it’s pretty close and I will definitely use them again.

I selected 3 sections from the list and got next to nothing I ordered in a £70 stocking. Most of what I received was cheap rubbish. After my wife opened the stocking on Christmas Day I contacted the company to complain. They offered to resend the complete stocking with what I requested and paid for, the second delivery was equally as bad so I complained again. They offered to refund me if I returned all the items. To be honest I didn’t think that was good enough, to charge what they did and twice send what they did is very poor. They also tried to explain it with a list of RRP’s which was laughable, I looked online and could have bought EVERYTHING they sent for less than I paid!!
I have just put this down as a bad experience and have given the items to a charity.

Great selection of age and gender appropriate presents. Carefully wrapped. Some things that I would never have thought of! Children very happy and great surprises for us too watching them open their gifts. Will definitely be recommending to friends and using again. Thank you

Order a sack to share with a group of adults. Paid to have wrapped as it was a secret santa game, that way I could join in. Wasn't sure what to expect, but we all loved it. Great gifts, well wrapped. Everyone was so happy with what they got. Will definitely be doing it again next year.

When I ordered I was a little anxious at first, but when they arrived ai was definitely pleasantly surprised. The gifts were all good quality gifts. Some were not what we would choose for ourselves. This christmas we will add a little note with what we are into to see if the presents a better matched. We will definitely be doing it again.

We ordered 3 premium stockings - my mum passed a few years ago and since then we haven't really had any mystery presents as we all know what we're getting each other. The idea was to bring a bit of the 'magic' of Christmas back as my mum used to always go against the grain and buy us presents we hadn't asked for. The experience of ordering was quick and simple and I had a quick response when I asked for an update on how my order was progressing. The items in all the stockings were good value and worth the money. My stocking was amazing and I loved every item. My partner enjoyed his stocking and my 18yr old was bemused - however I genuinely appreciate how difficult it is to get gifts for an 18yr old with his interests. We will definitely be ordering again next year although I possibly will adapt my son's interests to see if I can get a better fit. All in all I would highly recommend and have already told several of my friends about the stockings.

Excellent value for money, with wide variety of quality presents. Paid the extra for the premium package and wrapping... well worth it!

I ordered four stockings from SantaSorted—one for an 8-year-old and three for adults—and every single one was a hit. The gifts were incredibly well thought out, great quality, and genuinely exciting to open. You get so much for the price; the value for money is outstanding. My wife and I bought each other one of these, as we could never work out what to give each other for Christmas. It added a new level of excitement to our Christmas as neither of us knew what we had got. Was really great and will now be our Christmas tradition for as long as we can keep getting these gift sacks!

I saw this on IG and after reading the reviews I thought why not! It’s been a hard year and we deserve a bit of spoiling.
Ordered 2 premium and paid extra for wrapping. My adult stocking was definitely not worth £70! Maybe £50 at a push. I only get 2 gifts at Christmas due to minimal family and not being near friends so receiving surprises was the main reason I wanted to try this. BUT I got a blanket and I love blankets so what can you do.. also got a cute hot cup. Anyway, my son’s was aged 15 and his was definitely worth the £70, though he got 1kg of shortbread!! Not what I would have put in there for a kid but hey Ho. I do wonder if I left it too late ordering mid December and all the decent stuff had gone.
One of my son’s gifts was broken upon on arrival, I heard it rattling and knew it was pottery. Got on to the chat and the amazing Jordan ‘The Fixer’ Elf got it sorted, and a replacement arrived the following business day, cannot knock anyone for that amazing customer service.
Would I order again? Yes!
Will I order much earlier? Yes!
Would I recommend it? For kids yes.. adults not too sure tbh

Really good mixture of gifts in my daughters stocking. Was pleasantly surprised by the calibre of gifts considering the cost. Will definately use again next xmas

I bought a Santasorted for my one year old grandson, it was absolutely fantastic. He loved all of the specially chosen gifts, which were all perfect for his age. I would definitely use them again.
