Honestly this is a fantastic store and…

Honestly this is a fantastic store and could not be more happy with the service I had. Phil helped me trade in my phantom 4 and Osmo to get my dream drone the mavic air. The process was made so easy from pickups and delivery of the new drone. Easy to talk to and very responsive via emails. Cant wait to use this store again in the future.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service, extremely professional and very customer focused.
I crashed my drone onto a tree and one of the arms got damaged, the next working day I contacted PhotoGuard and had my drone sent to Drone Worx. They kept me updated throughout the process. Upon Test Flight there was another issue with the internal compass so it couldn't be fixed. Not long after I've been informed the drone was to be replaced for a new one. the whole process took less than a month and I couldn't have asked for a better service.
Thank you all at Drone Worx, PhotoGuard insurance and Thistle for all the support.
Highly recommended!

Excellent service a great team that…

Excellent service a great team that knows their business, Super quick service. Keeps you updated. Friendly bunch of guys that really help & all at an affordable price. Will use Drone Works again for sure,

Trustworthy and excellent service recommended!

Excellent service, rang them explained the problem, basically me on betaflight not knowing what I'm doing doh!. Send the drone off to them they inspected the problem fixed it and kept me in the loop, drone was sent back. With a small problem when I phoned them back they where able to talk me though the betaflight and I was back in the air, they also spotted another problem with a broke antenna which I was unaware of. Fixed that too. Many thanks for all the help. Hopefully don't have to use again . But will happily use again well trustworthy. With the big boys toys as the wife says

Repair

Was a great repair dropped it off my self and picked it up 4 days later but was repaired in 3 days. They keept me updated all the way through.
