I've been ordering meat every few months from The Dorset Meat Company; after spending some time looking for grass fed and organic products. The delivery is always when expected. The packaging is extremely good and reassuring - complete with ice packs, which we reuse. The meat is exceptional in quantity and flavour - our favourites being the bavettes and skin-on chicken breast.

website very easy. phone calls to the sellers are very helpful . the food is great ,very good taste. i like the way i can choose my weight of meat.

Since finding Dorset meat they are my supplier of meat, I tend to buy sufficient quantities to fully stock my freezer. Not only am I eating quality meat, it has improved my diet and knowing that I am purchasing meat that is grass fed, organic and raised and cared for to such a high level by their farmers means I can be a responsible purchaser knowing the animals have a quality of life before slaughter, as it should be. My orders are dealt with quickly, the customer service is excellent and I am able to have delivered to suit my availability around work/life in general, oh I find the pricing reasonable it is a little more expensive but I've actually saved money as the quality is so high I don't use the same amount of meat in my meals as previously as I find it so much more filling, if you haven't yet give Dorset Meat a try they are a 12/10, can't recommend enough.

Fantastic grass fed and finished beef (important for me with a gluten issue) The lamb too is second to non. I get all my meat from Dorset now and and am feeling stronger and more resilient feasting on such highly nutritious food. Thank you guys. Anne

This company is brilliant. Their products are superior. The best quality meat ethically reared. Our turkey was the best we have ever tasted. We will be going Kelly bronze again. I got sent the wrong bird as part of my order but they refunded me the difference and more and to be honest it was utterly fabulous. We received our Christmas meat order earlier today. As we had guests over for our evening meal we decided to use the rolled sirloin joint that we had purchased. It was spectacular. It cooked beautifully and tasted wonderful. The best sirloin joint we have had in a long time. Looking forward to tasting the other joint and poultry we ordered for the Christmas season now. An excellent start! 👍

I had used Dorset meat company earlier in the year without issue so decided at the end of October to book a slot for Christmas and buy my dad a hamper i put together with individual items on the site.
I contacted the company earlier this week to make sure all was okay and was informed it was.
This morning with no personal call or email i got a refund for items that could not be fulfilled on my pre order. Was extremely disappointed as i had ordered items that far in advance and asked if there were any substitutes that could be supplied but there were not.
Feel the company lack a personal touch and could have been in touch earlier to inform of the problem so i would have more time before Christmas to put it right. This is especially the case when i had ordered a game pie and only today have been informed they have not been supplied for a long time.
Felt i had no choice but to get the whole order refunded which in fairness has been done straight away but i can't get away from being let down at short notice and having to rush around to find what i need elsewhere.

My delivery was received on the date I expected however I would advise anyone to check the small print on use by dates. The meat ordered had been previously frozen which I hadn't realised when I ordered (which was my error). I did email customer service who advised "we do ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and provide the information needed to ensure the delivery date selected suits your requirements or that you choose produce that is more suitable".

If you want the best grass fed & finished beef then look no further than The Dorset Meat Company, fact!
Quality is their watch word, not just in the meat they sell, but also the 5* service they provide.
