I was sent the wrong size but because I…
I was sent the wrong size but because I order the size which was sent 8 months previous, they have rejected my return. Even though they have no video evidence of the correct size being sent to me, they are not willing to accept my return. I have provided the evidence of the wrong item been sent but the return has been rejected. Absolute joke. I am not sure trying to scam them out of money, and never in my life have I even had any problem returning a wrong size but it seems to be with this company. Absolute shocking! The correct size is out of stock. I will never ever order from this company again. The customer service has been so condescending!

I am so sorry to hear this is how you feel.
I have reviewed the communication between yourself and our CS team and can see this is not the case.
You placed an order for the EMBOSSED SWEATSHIRT - PINK in UK10. You processed a returns request stating that you had been sent a UK14 instead. Providing images of the item, showing the stitched label being UK14, The swing tag attached to the item, showing UK14 but the barcode stuck to the bag shows a UK10.
We could see that you had previously ordered the UK14 back in November therefore the returns request was rejected.
You then emailed us to ask why, which we explained the above. You stated you still had the UK14 ordered back in November as this was for your daughter. We asked if you were able to provide images of both items together to show these were both the same size. It was confirmed that you were able to do so, after you got back from your holiday, which we confirmed was absolutely fine.
We then received a further email from you a couple days later stating, that you were not going to send images of the items together to help provide proof of the issue.
We confirmed that our system shows the correct item and size was scanned and sent. Our packers also scan the barcode stuck to the swing tag of the item and not the barcode stuck to the clear item bag, so it would have been absolutely impossible for the UK14 to be sent on this order when a UK10 was ordered. The system would not have allowed the packer to continue with the dispatch of the order, until the correct size was scanned.
As e have evidence the correct size was sent out to you, we are unable to accept a return on this order.

Excellent customer care
My parcel went missing via Evri. I emailed to advise and received a response from Olivia within 24 hours. Very informative and followed up my query as promised. When the parcel could not be located, I was offered either a replacement or refund. As this was a birthday gift and the recipients birthday had passed, I requested a refund. This was in my bank within 24 hours. Excellent customer care from Olivia and I wouldn't hesitate to order form them again in future. My son has ordered from Couture Club many times and will continue to do so.

I don’t understand why I have been charged such a high customs fee.
My order contains two different items, not one item as declared. Because it was declared incorrectly, I am now being asked to pay $230 in customs charges.
I am not willing to pay this amount due to the incorrect declaration.
If you are unable to correct the customs declaration, please have the parcel returned to you, and once it has been returned, I would like to receive a full refund.

Rude customer service
My order never reached me due to a careless delivery- reached out to the customer service for assistance, the associate was extremely rude and basically said tough luck. She was a manager too! First and last time I ever shop here. Be careful!
