Avoid avoid avoid still waiting for refund. 6 weeks and counting. I have reported them to trading standards who have told me that they are investigating the company for fraud. Be careful!!

I ordered a bedroom set, much delayed, asked for a refund. We never received this and they blamed our bank (NatWest). Awful company- avoid. Now taking legal action.

Fraudulent company. Took money for a bunk bed that they never attempted to deliver. After 2 months of being told delivery due within 2 weeks I then asked to cancel. Would you believe the response refund will be processed within 2 weeks. 6 weeks of chasing no bed no refund. Currently with credit card company. Their phone number is an automated message saying please email with no option to speak to a person or leave a message. All responses to emails stopped ages ago with only an automated reply saying please use the live chat on our website. There is no live chat. Definitely a scam!

Avoid at all costs. We ordered a child’s bed with a lead time of 10-12 weeks. After this time elapsed we emailed to be told that due to supply issues the bed would be a further 5 weeks. Again we waited, then emailed again to be told the bed was now not available. We were offered a refund with a 14 day wait, but after this time no refund was received. We chased with customer services but received no reply and no refund. Luckily we have got the money back through our bank. The bed is still offered on their website and they’ve reduced the estimated lead time to 8 weeks, unacceptable.

We used this company several years ago to fit out our eldest daughter’s bedroom. Quality was excellent, although still flatpack it was far in excess of Ikea etc. Felt solid. It still looks good now.
Last August, based on our previous good experience we placed an order for a bed and assorted furniture for child no2. We received part of the order within 2 weeks and were then informed that the rest of our order (to the value of £460) would be ready by November (14 weeks). This despite website stating available within 2 weeks. We decided to wait. Come November we had heard nothing so chased. We were informed that they now had “Warehouse Issues” but we could expect our order by the New Year. Offered a £20 refund as compensation (never received).
Guess what? Yep, come the New Year still nothing so chased again. This time no reply. By February we were six months post order and decided to cancel. We did get a reply this time and a refund was promised within 30 days. A ludicrous timescale but we patiently waited more in hope than expectation.
We chased for a final time and received a reply from their customer services team stating that “they didn’t actually process refunds, that was their accounts team” so they could no longer help. They pointed out that "sometimes they issue refunds but that they never make it through and we would need to chase with our bank”. What a lot of codswallop!
Bizarrely they are still happily accepting orders for our missing furniture on their website.
1 star for our great experience years ago. Sadly the company has clearly hit the skids. If you order make sure you use a credit card and be braced for a battle.

Company has kept our £500 and not delivered any furniture. We are a school and cannot afford this (not that anyone can afford to lose £500!)

First level customer service claims they've processed the refund, however when confronted with proof that they did not, they've gone silent and refused any further attempts at contact.

Ordered 3 items in July 2023. Received first one reasonably promptly, second one with considerable delay. After 18 months still no sign of third item, so I requested a refund of the outstanding balance and they confirmed the amount due (which matched my calculations). Refund was promised within 10-15 working days. It's been longer than that now. Still no sign. No way to call. Am e-mailing regularly but no response. Might have to go down the route of a chargeback if they don't refund me soon!!

Seems like a fraud. Can't get a hold of anyone and would question if these other reviews are real.

Out of pocket without goods.
Ordered a bed for my son 3 weeks ago and no update or progress. Funds swiftly debited from my bank account. I have emailed, despite saying the respond within 48 hours try a week later no response. I called and they are not taking calls or allowing you to leave a message. Unfortunately now I have to raise a dispute with my bank. Extremely disappointed and to think we only ordered from them to benefit from assembly.

Ordered a wardrobe in November, and after paying was told it would take 12 weeks. Chased after 12 weeks and have been told it will be another 12 weeks. The company is now not replying to my emails - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Edit: 17/03/25 - I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund. I hope I receive it - they have had over £600 of my money since November and the contact has been shambolic. Please please avoid this company - I’m sure the positive reviews are fake. Shameful it’s a company for children’s furniture too.

Fraudulent bunch. Ordered with them in Black Friday (Nov 24), no bed. Was told would be in stock by end of Jan, wasn't - 'only part of the stock has been delivered so we cannot fulfil any orders' - how does that make sense? Asked for refund, was told it was sent to Accounts team on 10 Feb to be actioned, it's 3 March as of time of writing and still no refund. They only respond to emails when you threaten further action with them. Time wasters and not convinced this is a real company.

The same thing that happened to another customer happened to me. I ordered 2 items in 2023, and they delivered one item stating the other would be in following the expected lead time. After that, they said they had an issue with the supplier. I continued to chase after every recommended time frame they suggested to no avail. I requested a refund and they said it would be processed and I have received nothing in months. Now they do not answer emails nor does anyone ever pick up a phone. Appalling service and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have had my money since sep 2023 and still not fulfilled my order.

Ordered a full set of furniture for my daughter on 03.11.24 based on the reviews being mostly great. This was a HUGE mistake which we have finally rectified after 3 months.

Red flags from the offset when I ordered and they never asked what colour handles we needed (quite important when they offer red and white) and I didn't receive an order confirmation. I emailed immediately and received a reply in a couple of days answering 2/3 questions asked.
However, after that I heard nothing further from this company and never received the goods I ordered.

The furniture was ordered for my daughter's birthday in December, which came and went. I sent emails across December and January with no response at all. They don't provide a customer phone number on their website, providing their email as the only form of contact. I located their Facebook page and sent multiple messages, all ignored.

It was last month that we noticed the influx of negative reviews here on Trustpilot from Nov 24, after we'd placed our order. They have a number at the bottom of this page which I called and waited online for an hour. I also left a voicemail; again with no response. EVERY SINGLE attempt to follow up and seek an update on our order was ignored, and needless to say our furniture was never delivered!
This company took in excess of £1k of our money and provided nothing.

Luckily we paid on credit card and the company resolved this and returned the money to us within a week, however we've wasted several months and my daughter still doesn't have her bedroom furniture.

You will notice similarities in this review to many others on here. This company are taking money and scamming people by not providing the goods. How many more times can this happen before this company get shut down?! I hope someone reads this before risking/ wasting their money and time ordering from this company.

I ordered a bed for my daughter at the end of November 2024 and I'm still waiting for it despite chasing and chasing and chasing for it.

Delivery was 4-6 weeks and it's now 11 weeks later. I've tried calling (they NEVER pick up the phone) and repeated, regular online enquiries have only yielded one not particularly helpful response (telling me a sad story about delays in production).

Reading the other reviews here, it looks like this is a fraudulent company who are stealing people's money. DON'T TRUST THEM. I will be pursuing my legal rights against this company to get my money refunded in full. They need to be struck off at Companies House and pursued by relevant consumer bodies. I will be contacting relevant authorities to seek full recourse.

Do not order from this company!

No correspondence since the initial purchase. Won't answer the phone, won't answer their emails, no update on our order. Taken our money and that's it!

Do not believe any of these 5 star reviews - they are fake and should be removed by Trustpilot, and this company's website should be taken down.

I ordered a bed a year ago and have still not received a complete purchase, the company are holding my money and are now failing to respond to requests for further information. For a while I received repeated delays but this has taken hours of my time chasing, and for no avail. Please do not put yourself through the experience of dealing with these thieves.

Have not received my order made back in Oct 2024. Got to the week delivery was due and after chasing told me there was a delay. Now not responding to me at all.

The 5 star reviews are so clearly fake. This company will take your money and not provide goods or a refund - look through the bad reviews here, same story each time. This is a scam company.

Terrible company - avoid buying anything from them. Suspect most of the 5 star reviews are by the company themselves. Two beds were supposed to be delivered within 4 weeks. After two months of lies they finally admitted they had warehouse problems and the order was going to be delayed. I cancelled the order and the refund is now over month overdue. I am contacting my credit card company - they have had my money for over four months now!

Terrible company do not buy from them, bought two armchairs for Christmas, after a few weeks of waiting I emailed them and asked when they would arrive and they emailed back to let me know they’d cancelled them. They then wouldn’t refund me for the chairs, I had to contact my bank to get the money back. AVOID
